I have just purchased medical insurance through Howden and it was an exceptional experience. Louise Sham the sales advisor took the time to really understand what I wanted in my insurance and ensured that everything I was asking for was covered. The service was exceptional and given it was over the phone, with the office in Bournemouth it was clear and concise. Thank you very much and I can't recommend Howden more highly.

Had a great experience. My Health Insurance was due for renewal and my provider decided to provide me with a renewal letter proposing a 30% increase even though I have never made a claim on the policy. I went to Howden for help and Aiyub Bham was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and responsive and helped me switch to a new provider, a better policy and with a very marginal increase. Will be using Howden again next year and hopefully Aiyub.

I spoke with Darren regarding my requirements for health insurance, he explained the difference in policies available to me. There was no hard sell and when I asked for time to think things through he kindly obliged and called me at specific time we had arranged. The process of accepting and setting up the policy was very straight forward.
Just to note I had researched policies available before hand so I had some understanding, Darren listened carefully to all my questions and elevated any concerns I had.

The contact at Howden Ansu Janneh was friendly, knowledgable and polite. He explored several different options to suit my needs and always contacted me when he said he would.
