Very kind reception and help. She certainly knew the stock and was able to guide us to the right range. We were also offered tea/coffee.

The staff on duty at the time were very helpful & tried to find my original purchase to ensure the colour would match. Unfortunately the records did not go far enough back as we purchased the settee & chairs just after the store was opened. In the end it was sorted & we are now the proud owners of a stool that matches everything else despite the age gap. Would certainly recommend the store.

My stressless power recliner chair was delivered two days ago, there’s a clicking noise from the right arm and when I looked the right arm is an inch and a half lower than the left arm. , yes, I have measured it.
I have a company coming out on Tuesday to have a look, but I’m very disappointed. My stressless recliner power chair cost nearly £3000 and it’s not right. The delivery company were here no more than five minutes and then they left. I feel like I’ve been cheated out of all my money. I am now stuck with This unless they can repair it if they can’t then it has to be taken back and then I will be left without a chair and I am disabled.. if they can’t leave me a replacement chair if mine has to go back then I will not be happy. I will advise people never to use HSL chairs.

The staff were very welcoming, and took great pains to see what we needed. Excellent service. Very friendly staff. They undetstood that our purchases would probably arrive when we were on holiday, so thry noted it done and made sure the delivery was when we were back.

Charlotte and Grahame couldn't have been more helpful during their home visit to us. It was an
enjoyable experience dealing with them.

I visited the Maidestone branch of HSL with my elderly mum to look at riser/recliner armchairs.
We met Bethany the Client Consultant.
Beth was attentive, polite, knowledgeable and really put my mum at ease. The level of customer service was excellent.

Charlotte in the Maidstone store was excellent. She was charming, professional and knowledgeable and knew exactly which chair would suit my husband.

From the day I ordered my settee and chair from the Maidstone shop I have been very pleased with everything. It was delivered as they said within 6 - 8 weeks and was delivered today by Jason & Ashley, who I found to be very friendly and very efficient in putting my furniture together. Having the sales lady coming to my home was especially important because of my age of 89 years old. After a period of haggling over price etc a good agreement was reached

Beth and Graham made a home visit to demonstrate a fireside chair. They were punctual, personable, knowledgeable and well prepared. I was put under no pressure to order (but did as the chair was so comfortable!).They left on time (I had another appointment) - and with a box of HSL biscuits.

The people who came were very nice, with lots of information and brought sample chairs and fabrics. They were happy to answer as many questions as I had. And take as long as I needed. I didn't feel rushed or pushed in to anything.
