As a long-time, loyal customer, I have rarely had any problems with Huckberry. However, things do happen even with the best of companies.

If there was a sixth star I would have given it to the support team at Huckberry. They were prompt to respond to my request and quick to solve the issue. Instead of trying to find ways to push repsonsibility elsewhere they simply owned it, a very novel concept in these trying times.

If you want the coolest stuff for yourself or if you are looking to find stuff for those loved ones who have everything, then Huckberry is the place for you.

To Huckberry, keep up the great work.

Huckberry doesn't talk about customer relationships, it creates them one customer at a time. It happens through outstanding products, engaging content, seamless execution and customer service that embraces all aspects of the customer relationship. I judge all of my online orders/experiences against Huckberry...which sucks for everyone else.

I purchased a unique pair of shoes. After receiving them a few days later, I had an issue with them and the Huckberry team went above and beyond to solve it. Thank you Brandon and Stevon! I will definitely be a customer for life!

I ordered a pair of shoes that had a slight blemish. They immediately shipped me a new pair that was here two days later that were in perfect shape with an extra bonus that made it worth my while. I will certainly be back.

I've never seen a company take so dang long to initiate a refund. I had a product for less than 24 hours before shipping it back. Got delivered to them within 2 days but I still have not received my refund or received word on when it's going to be processed. At this point, it's going to be over a month before I even see my money. I wouldn't normally care but it's almost $200 from a bad product. IDK what they're doing. They keep saying that they get a lot of returns and it takes them a long time to review each return. Just sounds like a lot of people are annoyed by bad products. I just want my money back.

Always helpful, smart and generous in their response - I sometimes have issues collecting deliveries / orders as I visit the US from Europe and usually always have a Huckberry order pending somewhere. Huckberry have been excellent at helping with returns even if they happen outside of the return window.

Huckberry is the best at inspiration for all things men need from clothes to gear. I love their journal, style guides, and their deep dive into companies that are doing amazing things.

I made a late night purchase on Friday/Saturday. After everything went through I needed to submit additional information so I sent an email sometime past midnight Saturday morning. It was less than 24 hours they responded and took the action I needed. By 0800hrs Monday morning everything was completed. Excellent response time. Not many companies can or do respond as Huckberry did.

I've made many purchases from Huckberry and in every case, it's been a positive experience. If you need to return an item due to fit or if you just don't like it once you see it- they'll take it back no questions asked.

I ordered a leather chelsea boot that i wore for a day and the left boot tore up my foot pretty good So I reached out to customer service at Huckberry and they understood and gave me a full refun for my trouble.
