Great experiences with Huckberry

I have placed half a dozen orders with Huckberry in the past few months and all have been exceptional. I had one issue with an order (due to the carrier) and Huckberry immediately rectified the issue. Great customer service will keep me coming back.

Polite, prompt and professional Customer Service

Polite, prompt and professional. I forgot to enter a discount code and they corrected the order with a speedy refund. Super fast responses to email.
100% honest - if it says "only 1 left" that literally means it's the last one.
I made a couple of purchases in the past 2 years, never needed assistance but when I did they stepped up. Now I go to Huckberry first to purchase clothing.

Excellent Customer Service

These guys have great products and product selection. I had a little issue with my delivery however Huckberry used that as an opportunity. First of all, Christie was a pleasure to work with. She was pleasant throughout and was able to quickly get me a replacement for one item that was still in stock. She had it sent via UPS next day air this time so I didn't have to worry if USPS would lose my package again. She got a refund started for me on the other item which was no longer in stock. Finally, she sent me a coupon code to use on my next purchase. I couldn't have asked for better service. This builds my trust and confidence to continue to work with Huckberry going forward. It is unfortunate when mail gets lost. My grandpa was a postman for 35 years, so I get it. It became an opportunity to build the brand and develop customer loyalty that Christie and her team were quickly able to capitalize on. I appreciated everything she did for me. Thank you! And the products were still great even though it took a few days longer to receive in this instance. They were a few items from Relwen. I highly recommend them.

I had an order that went to the wrong address

I had an order that went to the wrong address (my fault) and was returned to Huckberry. I contacted Huckberry's Customer Support and they took care of the problem right away, resending some items immediately because I needed them for a trip to India. Everything went smoothly and the issue was resolved quickly, with zero hassle.

Great customer service and resolution

I had a manufacturing issue with a product I purchased, and within an hour of contacting customer service, they had already responded and expedited a replacement. Exceptional service—and another reason I remain a loyal customer.

Great gear and great shopping, fantastic customer service

Great gear and great shopping experience. Also, when something is off, they are not joking about making it right. Had an issue with an order and let’s just say I am happy to see a seller that is as loyal to itheir customers as their customers are to them. Above and beyond!!

a new and happy Huckberry shopper

I’m a new Huckberry shopper, pulled in through Instagram after months of window shopping before finally pulling the trigger. The return policy that lets you order multiple sizes and colors to try on at home was a big selling point for me. I have a hard time knowing what I’ll actually like until I see it in person, so that flexibility made it easy to commit.

I’ve been primarily shopping sales due to budget, but I’m learning that waiting too long means losing out on preferred colors and styles, something to keep in mind.
Customer service has been fast and above expectations every time. They’ve genuinely gone above and beyond to help work through a couple of unexpected issues.

Huckberry has become one of my go-to clothing shops and I’m looking forward to continuing to shop there.

I emailed them asking about a shirt in…

I emailed them asking about a shirt in an advertisement email for an unrelated product. My question was fairly sparse on details. Amazingly they figured out what I was asking about and promptly sent me an answer. Impressive stuff!

Huckberry Worth Visiting their Company

On March 13, 2026 I discovered Huckberry on Facebook. Saw some merchandise that I liked but they did not have my size. Went into Chat and their team quickly responded to my questions. Unbelievable follow through. Glad I found this company. Their service team was great and now that I know they can handle questions I may have for future purchases.

I had bought a knife from Huckberry…

I had bought a knife from Huckberry almost 10 years ago. The knife's hinge screw came off. I contacted Huckberry and Don responded. He contacted the manufacturer to see if he could get me the part. Unfortunately, he was unsuccessful but he refunded the knifes full amount and I bought a replacement from Huckberry. Don was very kind and I never expected that he would refund my money. I am glad I contacted them I appreciate that they stand with their products. I would highly recommend Huckberry to everyone.

Customer service is top notch

Customer service is top notch. They responded promptly and provided a solution quickly without fuss. Had a pair of pants where the pocket was falling apart and they refunded me quickly after sending pictures of the pockets.
