Service excellent, product third rate.
Customer service excellent. Unfortunately, the item (Metal Mistletoe) was cheap looking & inferior to that which I had purchased last year.
I imagine a different manufacturer has been employed - a great pity, as the previous product was beautiful: I think craft has been exchanged for trash.
