Beautiful items. Not great customer service
Items delivered delayed by over a month which was not that much an issue. There’s been no updates from the company perspective. I needed regularly chase the customer service team to receive any update.
Once they arrived, they were securely packaged. Beautiful pictures and good quality.

2 orders placed online on same day
2 orders placed online on same day, both cancelled and refunded. Placed a follow up email to Hudson as noticed one item on email confirmation was incorrect colour and was advised the item was not in stock and that my other order for same item is also out of stock. Why take the orders online if stock is not available? Inconvenient and would reconsider using again because of this. I should say that previous orders placed have been fulfilled without any issue so may a technical issue their end.

So sorry to see you aren't happy. Unfortunately we do have inventory issues occasionally and errors do occur, we don't hold huge amounts of stock as a small business.

Lovely book but issues with ordering and delivery
The book looks lovely and it was a Christmas present for my daughter - initially I had an issue adding the item into my basket and emailed the company who suggested I send a screen shot, a few days later on the 18th December I managed to order it without doing this and paid for next day delivery. I received confirmation of the order at 09.24 and stayed in all next day expecting delivery - the tracking information was not at all helpful. It was delivered at 12.20 on the 20th December after again having to stay in and no information about time of delivery was in the tracking info. You have a lovely website and I expect it was the time of year that I was ordering this book that was the problem.

So sorry you didn't receive your package on time. I can see we sent it the same day on a 24hour service with Royal Mail so it should have been delivered next day, as you say the couriers around that time of year are extremely busy. I can also see we did send you tracking via email, again apologies if this wasn't working.
I have refunded back the additional cost of next day delivery for you.
