Hugh Rice the Jewellers was established in 1971 by Hugh. His brother Mike joined him three years later as an apprentice jeweller, and the store remains to this day a family-owned and run business. We at Hugh Rice are immensely proud of our heritage, from humble beginnings as a basement workshop to a chain of thriving high street jewellery stores stocking the most recognisable and loved brands from across the world. We are specialists in diamond jewellery and luxury watches, and always deliver an outstanding level of customer care. Our on-site Service and Design Centre continues to provide bespoke in-house jewellery designs, watch servicing and jewellery repair.

Great price and fast delivery!

Rolex Service
We recently had my wife’s and my Rolex watches serviced. I have to say the whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish.
We initially entered the store in Hull to be greeted by friendly and very knowledgeable staff. A young lady sat with us and fully explained what was involved with the Rolex service, and answered any questions we had.
Fast forward 4/5 weeks and we received a phone call to say our watches were ready for collection. Once again we went to the store and we’re greeted with refreshments and a smile. Both watches looked like new and were presented to us in presentation boxes complete with a Rolex travel pouch.
Absolute top class service and I would highly recommend. Many thanks to all involved.

Jewellery Alteration - Fantastic Results
Had three rings resized to make them larger. Fantastic results and also professionally cleaned for me. They look amazing and you can't tell where the join is.

Online purchase
Placed an order online and at first did not receive it. Very helpful customer care team that looked into it and after investigation sorted it out straight away. Finally received my purchase through no fault of high rice. Had delivery been straight forward and swift I would have awarded 5 stars.

Excellent Service
Had an issue checking out for a Mont Blanc wallet, contacted customer service and they sent me a link to pay.
Paid for item Friday and item arrived before 9.00am Saturday morning.
