Very poor service now
Very poor service now. Even if receive food or groceries in bad condition . We won’t get refund. They keep apologizing. Very pathetic. Day before yester i ordered groceries, some were wrong items. N some wer in bad condition. I complained through help center. They kept me waiting 24 hrs. And automaticaly it shows as automated issue solved. No refund nothing . Only apology. I almost lost 120 sar. Withing last 6 months i had few more such issues..

This company robs people. On the 08th of January I did an order with clear instructions that were not followed. The help section sent me to an agent who called and apologised. I was told that they would refund me. To date nothing. No refund.

They promised compensation but kept denying giving it to me even when unconfirmed them with screen shots of the evidence. HungerStation delayed my order for half an hour and then said please ask for compensation by the agent tactfully said you will get it once the order is delivered but of course it never came and when I inquired the next day all agents lied to my face that we will not give you because there’s no evidence. Thais was despite me providing with screenshots of two agents writing that I will get it as soon as the order is delivered and they apologized . Never trust his Compnay and I will never be ordering form it again despite being H plus user for two years

Never using this food delivery again. I thought it was good like Talabat, but it has the worst customer support where they only offer apologies and do not refund or offer any solution.

They delivered wrong order and that was very annoying, charged me unfairly, and customer service is useless, they don't know how businesses should be managed.
Scam
This is a scam deserve no stars but there is no option. I was unfairly charged. The company claimed that the driver waited for 30 minutes; however, this is incorrect. My son was waiting at the location, and we did not receive any phone call from the driver. The order was cancelled without justification, and a refund was refused. This reflects very poor service and unacceptable customer care.
Useless customer service
Useless customer service. Menu to contact Service is hard to find. No resolution for wrong orders, they give you a 10SAR voucher, no matter what you've spent on your order, as "compensation" after making you wait online for over half an hour to chat to an agent. Keeta is way better, never ordering from Hungerstation again.
Scammer hungerstation
I order from hungerstation but order got delayed. I received text that I’ll get 15 SAR back as of policy. It’s been a week I didn’t. I tried 3,4 times with their customer service and they keep lying that 15 SAR has been now added to my wallet. Such a pathetic company.

I ordered for pick up
I ordered for pick up - my location was selected and I was literally a few feet away from a branch of ennabi grill. However, the order went to a dharat laban branch and when I contacted customer services to resolve this, this was not dealt with effectively. It was very easy to get the pick up location changed or change this for a delivery - neither were offered or done.
It is simply a scam site with no customer service! I will NEVER order from this site again. I usually order from Keeta and regret the decision I made today! Thankfully it wasn't such a big order - however, the response has left me with one of the worst experiences. Be warned...

They try to merge orders which delays your delivery. When you want to reach their customer service, they would let you chat with a bot.
Customer Services said I was a time waster 😅
Ordered food delivery from HungerStation and couldn’t take the call from the driver. Tried to call back both the driver and the restaurant, but no answer. Contacted the customer support on their app who said I didn’t answer a call from the driver so he couldn’t deliver the food and the order was cancelled at my expense. I live in a compound with a manned reception, where every other delivery driver leaves orders. The customer service support told me I was wasting his time and to go away when I tried to resolve it. Avoid using this app, as I’m still waiting on a refund.

I honestly had the worst experience with this app . There was an issue with my order so I raised a complaint and got a refund of 54 in my wallet. But I haven’t been able to use it since then. Every time I talk to an agent, I get a different story , one says wait 24 hours, another says reinstall the app, and someone else says my account is suspended with no reason given.
It’s been almost a week now and nothing has been fixed. I have travelled to many places and used different apps, but this is honestly the worst customer service I have ever come across.

Hello HungerStation Support,
I would like to report a very serious incident involving a driver who, I believe, delivered one of my previous orders (order number provided below). I’m around 90% certain it was the same person who attempted to enter my hotel room around 2:30 a.m.
That night, I was awakened by someone trying to open my door. When they couldn’t, they began banging aggressively and repeatedly shouting, “Open the door!” The person did not identify themselves and continued turning the doorknob. I told them I would not open the door and called the hotel reception/security. When the receptionist arrived, the individual lied, claiming to be my friend.
He had no food, no delivery bag, and no uniform, and I had not placed any order at that time. The situation was extremely frightening and unacceptable. I had to change rooms afterward and couldn’t sleep for the rest of the night.
I have attached a screenshot of the driver’s profile from my previous orders — the same person appears to match the description seen at the hotel. To verify this completely, it would be best to check the hotel’s CCTV footage from that night.
Please investigate this matter urgently for the safety of other customers and take appropriate action against the driver.
