Great products Great Team.
I ordered banana chips, kellawo, dry cherries and apricot oil.
The bottle of apricot oil was broken, glad I recorded a video of opening the pack, and the team promptly issued a full refund.
Kellawo was extremely tasty, even better then the one I tried in Hunza Bazar this year. Dry cherries and banna chips were fresh too so will def order again.
A suggestion to improve the bottle packing of oil so it never breaks!
Will recommend to anyone who is looking for hunza's organic items 😍

Thanks for shopping at Hunza Foodways. Pure Buckwheat flour is nutty, earthy, bitter and intense, it never is sweet or like wheat flour. You can research this online.
Hence most people use it in combination with another flour.
This flour is 100% raw and includes additives.

As per our records, your order was shipped on 13th June and scheduled for delivery on 16th June, but you were unavailable at the delivery location. You can check the tracking info: www.snipboard.io/VBsvx2.jpg
We contacted you, and you requested to reattempt delivery 7 days later when you will be back in the location.
Please note that Pakistani courier companies attempt delivery 2 times, on consecutive days and return the parcel, but upon your requests, we asked them to deliver a week later.
Because this was a special delivery case, not handled by couriers typically, they did hold the parcel and delivered it 9 days later.

My first experience shopping with them
My first experience shopping with them. The product quality is good but their delivery & customer services are horrible. Recieved my order after 3.5 weeks. ! They don't send shipping update via an email or respond to the given number for days.
Not going to order from them again although they offer good quality dry fruits.

Thanks for the detailed review. We apologise for the delayed delivery and unresponsiveness over email/WhatsApp.
Actually, from 19 January to 4th Feburary, there were strikes across Gilgit Baltistan, due to which internet connections were blocked/unavailable and our operations were disrupted. We made sure to ship as soon as possible when the services were available.
Usually, the delivery takes 3-5 days once shipped. In your case, it did take 2 weeks for processing and another 3-5 days for delivery,

Buckwheat Complain
Hello, hope everything is well. i purchase buckwheat from you because it is gluten free. Last time, taste of flour was very good just like natural but this time the taste is sour. I think this time floor is not fresh and it is very difficult to eat.
Hope next time i will not face this type of issue. Otherwise your product price, quality, delivery method everything is good.
