Its a good solution, but having no access to gym on Saturdays or Sundays is not making it so attractive. will need to rethink if I stay with subscription.

I’ve checked your account and can see you were able to purchase passes successfully, but that doesn’t rule out issues along the way. I’m not on a day pass!!!!

So the gym I attend can only set me up on a day pass. So each day I have to queue at reception to be added to the system. However not everyone can do this knows how to do this. If I pay a monthly subscription I really shouldn’t have to do this it’s time consuming.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, and I’m genuinely sorry to hear about your experience. The venue staff should be up to date with the process, therefore, we’ll raise this directly with the venue so their team is clear on the correct steps and can support customers quickly and consistently.

Just to clarify what you purchased, your account shows a Monthly+ pass. That’s a multi venue access pass, rather than a traditional gym membership held directly with one gym. With your main venue being an Everyone Active site, access isn’t fully automated yet because we’re still completing our integration with Everyone Active. Until that’s finished, you do need to follow the temporary entry steps shown on the venue page.

That said, I understand why it feels more manual than expected, and I’m sorry the experience has been time consuming. The goal of the integration is to make access much more seamless, and once it’s live you won’t need to rely on reception in the same way.

To be quiet honest the steam room and…

To be quiet honest the steam room and jacuzzi are not working for long time so I don't know when I will be fixed and in meantime I will stop my membership on the 25th of February because I am going away and it's Ramadan so when I come back I will renew my membership thank you all regards

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! This app is a scam you pay for a day pass and it automatically says your pass had been used. Happened to me twice

Hello,

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, and I’m really sorry to hear about your experience.

We can’t locate your account from this review alone because there’s no account email attached, but we absolutely want to investigate and confirm what’s happened with both passes. After a successful purchase, our system automatically sends a unique pass code by email, and customers can also see all active and used passes inside the app. If a pass is marked as used, it will show the exact time and venue where it was redeemed. Also, venues don’t have access to pass codes on their side, so a pass can’t normally be redeemed unless the code is provided by the customer at reception.

Please email us at info@hussle.com with the email address you purchased under, the date of purchase, and any order confirmation details you have (a screenshot is fine). We’ll check whether the passes are active or used, and sort this out with you as quickly as possible.

Not valid for any of the gym classes or any other facilities then access barred after end of calendar month. Read the smallprint first

Thank you for the feedback. I’m sorry for the frustration caused, especially when you expected classes to be straightforward with our Monthly+ pass.

I’ve checked your account and can confirm you currently have an active Monthly+ pass (which is not set to be cancelled at the end of the month). The Monthly+ is a multi venue access pass, which gives you access to multiple partner venues across the country within the same price range, rather than a traditional membership held directly with a single gym.

Many of our partner venues do include classes, swim and other activities with a Hussle pass, but it does vary by venue, so the exact inclusions are always listed on each venue’s profile page. The details are shown before customers purchase a pass, so everything is clear upfront and they can decide based on the information available.

I love Hussle

I recommended all my friends and family to use Hussle. Great opportunity to visit different clubs locally depending on the needs and availability. Excellent way to keep myself fit and healthy with less boundaries as you don’t have to sign up to particular club if you don’t want to.

I use hussle on a regular basis

I use hussle on a regular basis. It’s highly convenient and I recommend it for anyone who like myself don’t want to tie themselves down with a 12 month contract as I work away a lot and switch gyms. You get to use the gyms full facilities as if you would if signed up through the gym themselves!

Take your miney after selling you a pass fir use on soecific day when the clubs closed not to be trusted you did not reach out at all i contscted several tomes via email and wasnt till i mentiond taking it futher did you respond

I’m sorry your visit didn’t go as planned. You bought day passes on 1 January 2026 and tried to visit shortly after, but the venue was closed for the New Year period. We rely on each venue to keep their profile up to date when they change opening hours or close temporarily, as we work with thousands of venues and sudden changes can happen.

As soon as you reached out, our support team came back to you the next day, cancelled the passes, and processed a full refund.

We understand how frustrating this would have been, and we appreciate you raising it, it helps us push venues to keep their listings up to date regardless of time period.

Very happy I joined Hussle

Very happy I joined Hussle, gives me the flexibility to attend the majority of the gyms in Aberdeen along with other gyms if I am travelling. Very easy to set up and no hassle when going into the gyms 10/10
