They delivered as expected. Can't get a hold of anyone to talk to though. Haven't been able to re-order because I can't change my password that I forgot. Had to go with a competitor. It's a shame.

U made the biggest mistake on switching your carrier to UPS to save money ok I understand but they are the worst company for deliveries the packages take for ever to arrive the tracking never gets updated and to top it up my last package was delivered at the wrong house a picture was submitted and that balcony wasn't mines I been a customer for almost a yr I do not have a business but I spend money regularly and this is unacceptable I'm waiting for another package that no tracking update been provided and I might stop buying from you just because Im not going to be worried all the time if I'm getting my package or not 🚫

Sent the order, and received it within a reasonable time. Would have been 5 stars, but they were out of the flavor I ordered, even though it didn't say out of stock. But, understanding business, it's not always something they can control. They were very prompt on letting me know I could choose another flavor do my order could be fulfilled and delivered.
