Just got cashback after 53 hours but still missing $3 for bought 2 boxes of mini Magnum iced cream bar..

I should get $9.5 in total..
I only bought ice-cream because I want the cashback.. I spent $26.99 for the cashback back but the system took so long to reward then act like I didn't buy the 2 boxes of mini magnum

I have sent 2 emails to you with no response. I fulfilled the Kraft Heinz $3.00 bonus with the purchases of Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh and Bologna on 8/9 at Kroger, 8/12 at Kroger, 8/21 at Meijer as per submitted receipts. I am disappointed that you have not credited my purchases for this bonus.

Ibotta contacts me when there’s an item I can claim and I love that feature!

Ibotta is not worth the time or hassle. I spend hours figuring out deals, finally order and never get what I was supposed to in cash back. Walmart is the worst because the barcodes don’t scan for pickup orders and the time to try and verify purchases is very frustrating!

I am missing Cash Back. I purchased 4 cans of the Good Crisp chips and 2 packages of the Wellshire lunch meat. These are clearly marked on my receipt. Not sure why I was not given this credit.

I’m missing an item and cannot get it to come up but I do have proof of purchase. I bought two of the Talenti and I scanned the codes and it still doesn’t give me the cash. I bought two so I can get the cash.

I bought 3 cans of the Blue Diamond Nuts, received the rebate for 2 cans, said I was missed cash back, scanned the bar codes and still only received case for two. The limit was three.

Im older and new to all the apps and i find it super easy to use. I think they are generous too. And products we use.

Terrible customer service. They don’t even read the emails or look at screenshots. They just keep repeating their spiel, regardless of whether it pertains to the problem at hand or not. Then they just completely blow me off and stop responding to the emails altogether. I think I’ll be deleting my account.

I scanned the Orgain Organic Protein powder Vanilla Bean 2.74 lb and it scanned as a valid item however when I submitted my receipt it says the barcode is not valid and missing $6.00 cash back. Only reason for purchasing today was the Ibotta $6.00 cash back so pretty disappointed.

I feel like there is items on several receipts that are not being reflected on my cash back and it’s not easy to redeem it back

I have had fun getting cash back deals. It's like a little hobby now 😀

The only recommendation I have is making it so that I can click on something in Ibotta that shows me where the item is. I have been using it at Walmart.

The Best Ever..! I Love it.

I appreciate Ibotta for accepting my receipts. but today I bought grapes and I did not have the bag that I probably should’ve cause I didn’t want a whole bag. I took just some and Ibotta asked for a UPC code and I don’t have it so I missed out on my cash. I know it’s not much but it’s the idea. It’s very hard also to have to shop ahead to get your cash.

Always seem to be missing cash and no one ever reply's to inquires.

Wrongful reversals of transactions and offers despite purchases completed and receipts scanned. Difficult to contact customer service, a useless AI chatbot much like everything else in our lives now. More often than not frustrating and annoying to use requiring too many extra verifications of wether or not I purchased something despite me scanning the items as I go through the store and having them added to my list before checking out.

Saved extra cash back on items I had planned to buy anyway!!!
App was seamless to claim my cash back. Saving with store card, getting Fuel Points, using another cash back app, and Ibotta really adds up!!!

Terrible app and Company to have an account with. Not enough opportunities to retrieve the better deals and the $20 minimum that you can barely reach they won't let you take out before they start charging you maintenance fees. News flash that doesn't make me want to use your app more it makes me want to discontinue use and never want to use you again.
