I received my Nova hearing aids in early February. Since their arrival, I gradually increased using them, starting with 1 hour on the first day. A week later was my first attempt at using them all day and into the evening. No problem! So far, I am very impressed with the overall design, the assembly quality and sound performance. The product user guide and other documentation is excellent - easy to understand and very thorough. The only difficulty I've had was finding domes that would fit comfortably in my ears. The small bell-shaped domes seem to be the best fit for me and haven't introduced any whistling or howling. Thank you iBstone for providing the many dome options to choose from. Adjusting the volume level and finding the ideal sound mode took some experimenting, but once I found a suitable adjustment, I just leave the adjustments alone.
iBstone's customer support is timely, friendly and knowledgeable. A question I had regarding charging the base using my PC's USB port was answered quickly and accurately. Somehow, I lost the cleaning brush. Ina replaced it with an entire accessory kit. Free of charge! Kudos to Ina for a job well-done! Thus far, I am very satisfied with the product and would buy them again. They work as advertised!
