Try to return them within the window they gave as a trial window and never heard from them again. Never was able to return the hearing aids and got no responses from any communication. Contacted the Better Business Bureau and BBB couldn't get a response either.

Do not buy from this company. One of the hearings aides didn't work. When I tried to call customer service, It claims its not a valid number. If I email, they don't answer.
After no response for help, I tried to return which requires a return code which, once again, I can't get because phone calls still won't gon through and emails are not answered. I guess my money is just gone for something I can't use!

These are awful! Squealing,background noise amplified so loud you can't hear
Yourself think let alone hear someone talk. I paid extra for the digital upgrade can't imagine how bad the other ones would be. No response from customer service. Save your money and get fitted professionally.

This company is to total scam! I ordered a pair of hearing aids for my elderly father. They didn't even last a few months so I contacted Nano about returning them for a refund. I mailed the hearing aids back and provided the necessary information they requested. Months later still no refund. Not only that I've tried to contact Nano via phone but you can not speak with a person, all communication is done via e-mail. I've gotten responses saying they have received my email and someone will be reaching out shortly but it never happens. My father is on a fixed income and can't afford to lose over $200.00. Every penny counts. Nano you're company should be ashamed. Buyer beware of these scammers.

Purchased these with an extra cost loss replacement deal. We'll, lost one and needed to purchase a another. Called, emailed and NOTHING. NO email reply, no call back. They have No inventory on their Website, some inventory at Amazon. Their Corporate Address in California is a UPS virtual office, their new CEO Ryan F Zackon crawled under a Rock. NANO is a Total Scam. Run!

In the past they had great customer service but I have been leaving emails for several weeks and not heard back from anyone yet. I bought a three year warranty less than two years ago and I can’t reach anyone to replace my hearing aid. I currently am trying to manage with only one working hearing aid. I have tried three different phone numbers, two don’t work at all and the final one has an outgoing message but no way to leave a message or talk to a live person.

I always have good service and great deals!
I used to pay $5000 for a set thru adiologics.. I had to continually good for adjustment.. had nothing but problems. Then I heard about Nano , glad I tried them, best decision I ever made! Happy customer!!

Much better than the the complete in canal I bought last time. A little slow on shipping but everything arrived in good shap

At first when I put in the hearing the buzzer soundbon both so loud was about to throw it i decided to chargesbit overtime and chg the pods to diff size it work great now I like it very much I also got instructions the company sent and it helps a lot

I hear more background noise than voices and when I asked how to get accessories such as replacement earbuds they said they don’t supply accessories like that and offered no help on were to get them. Don’t waste your money on them

Order was suuppost to be half price for the 4 program aid aids .Insted I received 2 program aids at less than half off.

The volume is too high even when they are turned to the minimum. I have requested an RMA number to return them within the 45 day trial but they have not been forthcoming with it. DISAPPOINTED!!!

Not pleased with them . Don’t work for me . Can’t hear good . I bought them for my dad & he has trouble putting them in & he has problems hearing & keeping them in .

about using the hearing aide charger , the time needed to boot the aids up, and how long it is needed before you can use them for an 18 hour run.
Yes, I did leave them in the charger over night , that is a NO, NO, I can only get three hours use and do love them.
