Really great on the phone
I was Contacted earlier today by Jay. I am extremely cautious when it comes to using a broker as I have been stung massively in the past by using one but Jay was so lovely on the phone. Hi - I was contacted by Ideal Utilities. I was initially wary as I have had mixed experiences over the years dealing with energy brokers. Excellent savings and customer service
Jake and Shae were both very helpful without being pushy. They found me the cheapest contract that suited my business. They were more than happy to give me time to think things over and called me back as promised. All my questions were answered during their calls and I'm delighted with the savings on future bills.

Saving by opting to fix early…
Having a small business I do like to save where I can. I've been dealing with Oliver for a few years now and he persuaded me to opt into a fixed term price early in Nov 2024. It was 5p/kWh cheaper than my current price. My renewal has arrived and I am still saving 5p/kWh for the next 2 years. So great for me £250 approx saving. Yep I'd recommend these guys. 👏

After some rather difficult experience…
After some rather difficult experience our club has entered into an agreement with a provider using the services of Ideal Utilities. What made the difference was the service and support given by one of their agents, Jake Myers. Without his professionalism and good sense I doubt that we would have arrived with a satisfactory contract and solution.
