I bought a set, 4 RCF speakers on Dec 1st 2025 for my Christmas. One of them came in broken condition. I tried to contact with them. Extremely hard for email replies (1 reply per day). I couldn't return it until Dec 19, 20, 21 for waiting their replies. I spent hours on waiting for direct support on chat.
The broken one hadn't been returned yet. I lost my trust on them. Decided to return all. Christmas came close!
They charged for returning fee AND THE INITIAL SHIPPING FEE! Deducted in refund, non-refundable!
$179.24 for return. $354.18 was deducted in my return.
Recommend choosing B&H Photos and Guitar Center.

Keep eye on the return if ur not satisfied at the end with the product or if the product comes defective or doesn't work you have to pay te return it back at the end u will loose money on return

I was once a loyal customer of this company, but my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. I ordered Cold Spark Powder for an important event, trusting their assurance that delivery from NY to Chicago via UPS would take just two days. As the days passed, the tracking number they provided showed no updates. When I called concerned, they again guaranteed the package would arrive on time. Yet, here I am, a day after my event, being told they’ll process a refund in 3-5 business days, and attempt to cancel the delivery. This level of unreliability and the nonchalant attitude from the company is unacceptable. Future customers should beware—this company clearly cannot deliver on its promises, and their lack of accountability is shocking. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Bought a machine from them and it didn't work. They told me to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer told me to have Idjnow handle it. It took 2 weeks of back and forth to finally get a return label from them. Then I asked them to ship the replacement to a different address because I was going to be away for a month and they refused. I asked for a refund and they only refunded it partially. Not only is their customer service slow at responding, they are unhelpful and clearly have bad practices.

Absolutely incompetent packaging. My mint condition qsc ks112 looks like it was thrown off of a moving truck. They didn’t put any time into securing the amplifier with any kind of stuffing or foam or anything and the customer service doesn’t respond. This company sucks and would never recommend to anyone even my worst enemy. Absolutely pathetic!

I recently saw a discount on this website, so I ordered an entry-level version of a DJ mixer, but the tracking number they provided was not UPS. After shipping, they told me that they used UPS, but later I found out that the tracking number was Fedex! Later I Check the Tracking number on the Fedex website and it has arrived! But I never received it! I had no choice but to ask the customer service center for help, but unfortunately they all told me to appeal on the Fedex website, which was really troublesome! Don't be greedy for petty advantages and patronize such a small private company!

I ordered a road case for a Denon Prime 4+ controller from IDJNow on 1/8/24. They shipped it off to me (Midwest) and it got here in two days. (1/10/24) Upon opening it, I found there was a manufacturing issue; one of the foam blocks that the controller sits on inside of the case had come unglued from the box.
I contacted customer support, telling them the issue, and sending some pics. They promptly issued an RMA, and I was able to ship it back to them that day. I was stressed about getting a replacement in time, as I had a a gig coming up on 1/19/24. I relayed this to them, and they told me they would keep an eye out for my return, and expedite its processing. They received it late on Friday 1/12/24. 1/15/24 was MLK day, but they were able to ship to me on 1/16/24, with it arriving to me on 1/18/24, in time for my gig the next day.
I honestly expected a headache and run around with the return, but was pleasantly surprised I got none of that from IDJNow. Great prices, fast shipping, and customer oriented customer service when needed. I don't normally write reviews for much, but felt their attention to the matter deserved one for sure. I will definitely will be recommending them, and looking to them for future purchases.
They attached the wrong tracking information to my order and i didn't notice it until two days before it was supposed to be delivered. I called them and spoke to a guy who said their shipping team was gone for the day and he would get it sorted out the next day. I waited till 10 am the next morning and called back. He said shipping had responded to his email and that it would go out today and he would send me an email with the updated tracking. I never got the email or an update. So i'm not getting the product i paid for on time and now im wondering if im even going to get it at all. This company was IDJNOW selling on REVERB. It appears as tho Reverb just acts as a broker for sketchy companies. You're better off just dealing with the reps at sweetwater, at least their tracking and customer service is a notch above...
*Edit: Just got updated tracking and an email apologizing for the issues. Atleast thats something.

Idjnow was not at fault it was my mail carrier who can't seem to read. Delivered to wrong mailbox.
I ordered a laser from idjnow.com and received a lower end version of the laser that is almost identical in outward appearance. At the time of my purchase only the higher end version of the laser was available. A few months later the lower end model (1.2 watt vs 2.5 watt) became available and selling for a lower cost. At this point I realized, based on some subtle differences, that the laser I had received was that of the lower end model. I contacted several customer service reps at idjnow simply requesting the item I had purchased im return for the incorrect item they had shipped. The response was the same with all reps refusing to assist in the matter because the item was outside of the 30 day return window. Their only consolation was offering that I repurchase the item with a 10% discount, a discount they normally run as promo on their website anyway. They were essentially selling the cheaper versions of the laser for a higher cost and getting away with it because the products were nearly indistinguishable, particularly since they didn’t even offer the lower end version as a sales item at that time. Very shady business practice and horrible customer service. I would highly recommend avoiding this company.
