Order lost and seller won't refund
Buyer beware. I placed an order on July 9 and paid an extra $17 for 2-4 day shipping. After 4 days, I noticed that UPS hadn't even received the item yet, so I contacted the seller via email. Carol eventually replied a couple of days later and said she would check on my order. Over the next week or so, I sent several more messages asking for an update. They discovered that their shipment was damaged and returned to them. Okay, that's disappointing, but things like this happen, so I figured I would let it go as long as they refunded the expedited shipping I had paid for. I requested that they refund that, but they refused, offering me a $10 credit to buy more from them. Haha, seriously? So I pushed back, and again they refused. It is now almost 2 weeks later, and the product still has not arrived.
He may make interesting things, but his shipping and customer service are terrible.
