You won't be disappointed.
I've never had an issue with ihateironing. Always on time and the suits and shirts always come back perfectly cleaned and pressed. Other things that impress me are their availability and quick turnaround, all done through a well-designed app. They pick-up and drop off within 24 hours.

They ruin bedding
This company is a good idea in principle but they have a major problem which is they ruin everything sent to them.
I used to spend £42 every week having my master bedroom bed linen washed and pressed here but had to stop after they repeatedly sent back sheets covered in rusty orange marks.
Last week my housekeeper was unwell so I sent them back here again with a note specifically saying not to get orange marks all over them and they have come back completely covered in orange stains.
As usual they have said they will come back again and collect them to get the marks out but it’s a huge inconvenience and now my housekeeper has to wash and iron all the bedding on the same day as the second set is being fixed. I would rather them not to ruin an entire set of 800 thread count bedding everytime they have them.
Why is it so hard not to ruin things you are supposed to clean?
Edit- I have revived my sheets back after they tried to rectify the damage and they are still ruined. I will now be seeking a new set of bedsheets.

What a find!
I have searched for years for a service like this in Manhattan. What a find!! With a guest room frequently in use, this laundry company provides streamlined service and delivers pristine pressed linens that make my beds look camera ready for an editorial. My linen closets are now easily organized into fold-flat istacks. I am not just pleased, I am positively SMUG!

This is an excellent service. Collection and delivery are quick and efficient. Drivers very helpful. Unfortunately I can no longer do my own laundry so this service is a life saver. Would thoroughly recommend.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. They collected three items and when the invoice came there were only 2 on there. When I called they insisted that I hadn’t sent the skirt part of my Alexander McQueen suit. I’m trying to resolve this issue they insisted I’d never sent the item and were completely incontactable via email or chat. I had to call them 8 times and even then it wasn’t resolved. In the end I gave up and paid for the dry cleaning of the other 2 items just to get my stuff back. The skirt had been in there the whole time and they’d never reached out to let me know it had been found. The Burberry coat that I sent came back not very clean like it hadn’t even been.

Do not use this service.
Having been a loyal customer for over five years, I recently closed my account after three negative experiences in two months.
The final straw occurred when a brand-new dress was returned with damaged sleeves. When I submitted photos, ihateironing denied liability, claiming the damage was pre-existing and questioning my integrity. Only after I challenged this and stated I was closing my account did they “re-examine” the garment and admit a noticeable change had occurred during cleaning.
I should not have had to threaten to leave to receive basic accountability. The sharp decline in service and customer care is deeply disappointing. Having lost complete faith in ihateironing, I retrieved my dress and am paying an independent dressmaker out of pocket to salvage it. I will never use their service again.

Have had an awful experience with the uk service. 3 out of 4 cream/white items came back with black marks all over them (how on earth this wasn’t checked amazes me.) When they tried to rectify the issue, all 3 items came back looking like they had been through a washing machine, were out of shape and felt awful. This happened on the 5th September and they are still refusing to provide me with any compensation other than a refund for the cleaning!?
