No matter what issue I come across, I know I can always email the IC team and receive wonderful help 🥰 even with complicated matters they take their time and offer amazing solutions. I sometimes have multiple doubts and questions, and its so great to get everything checked off and taken care form. Truly a lovely team that erases all anxiety and makes the day better!

The team take such visible care of their products and their customers! Every box is beautifully crafted with so many gorgeous little treasures that I am so excited to receive each one each month. Plus, the team are so helpful! They respond so fast to emails and take time to give real support.

Great customer service! Numerous times I have payment problems (I have no idea why, one moment it was fine and another moment it didn’t) but the staffs are very considerate and helpful. Even when the date had passed for the subscription renewal/ pre-order closes/sold out, they still let me have the book(s).

I don’t just collect for Illumicrate’s pretty books, I read them as well. So for them to give me chance(s) to have the books that I really want to read truly make me feel more appreciative.

I have contacted illumicrate a few times now over the course of my subscriptions and let me tell you. They have the best support staff I’ve ever experienced. Every single person I’ve come into contact with has been helpful, kind and supportive. This is one of the reasons I keep my sub ( including the great book choices we get!).

The customer service is excellent! I had a subscription for awhile, but due to personal tastes and financial reasons, I needed to cancel it. The team went above and beyond to find a solution for me, as I still had 2 months left on my subscription and did not want to lose the money. The books always look stunning, and I love their special editions, I just don't always love the summaries (which is personal taste).

The books are gorgeous, shipping is handled in a timely manner and the customer service is impeccable! If you have a subscription box, you can skip a month if needed and you get to know next months theme in time - in case you’d like to skip!

The response time is great and always professional, yet friendly. They are prompt and have resolved every issue quickly and thoroughly.

The Illumicrate team is so fast to reply and the most accommodating business I’ve ever encountered. I’ve reached out to them twice along the lines of requesting a refund, and they are so quick to help out. This latest time I ordered two sets separately not realizing I could order both at the same time. I filled out their inquiry asking if the orders could be combined and shipping refunded on one of them. They said that wasn’t possible because of the way their order system and shipping charges work and suggested I instead place a new combined order and they’d refund the original two. I did that and within minutes I got the PayPal notification that they’d triggered the refund. They’re amazing!! And everyone who’s responded to my inquiries is so nice and polite and eager to help, I just love it!

I made the noob mistake of subscribing to the wrong box and also cancelling my monthly plan instead of skipping (which is embarrassing, because I've been a subscriber from time to time since 2017 and I should have known) and the lovely Rayna helped me out with a refund and also clarifying the whole skipping situation to me. I normally feel dumb when I talk with companies because even if they try to help, they obviously tend to sound condescending and I get anxious, sometimes I even let the situation go and accept the consequences of my mistakes instead of fixing them because I don't feel safe or listened, but Rayna was so incredible nice and professional and kind it made the experience magnificent. So, i'm really thankful for how emphatic the Illumicrate team is, especially Rayna. Apart from that, their product is the best in the market in my opinion and i'm so happy i'm their subscribier <3

Nel solved my problem (canceling after a renewal went through that I forgot to skip) and then solved my other problem (un-canceling it when I remembered the theme, even though that was very annoying of me to do).
