Great post box easy to use, not all post men seem to know what it is so a sticker saying post would be good to be included with box.

Brilliant product, just as described 🙌🏻 One thing to note is the instructions for my box had fallen into the bottom compartment and I didn’t know the combination to unlock it. So I had to make a gadget to reach it..

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I had a notification to say my item was being delivered, so made sure I was home, to then be notified on the day my delivery was cancelled. I had akso arranged for a handyman to come the next day to put the postbox up on the wall, which of course had to be cancelled. I tried numerous times to telephone the company; no one answers. I emailed to be told a cock and bull story. When the post box arrived, it should be noted there are not any instructions included. There were scratches on the front of the box and the cover over the opening for the letters to be posted is slightly bent. Yes, I could have complained again, however I have family issues currently that take priority over this.
It should also be added that a near identical letter box can be found on Amazon for £40- so nearly a £100 cheaper!

While we dispatch within the timeframes stated at checkout, delivery dates are ultimately managed by the courier and can occasionally change at short notice, which we understand can be frustrating.
If an item arrives damaged, our standard process is to request photographs so we can assess and arrange a replacement where appropriate. We always aim to resolve such matters promptly and fairly.
We also recognise that while some products may appear similar online, differences in materials, finish and construction can significantly affect quality and longevity.
We take feedback seriously and continuously work to improve both our products and communication.

Fast free delivery, easy ordering. I am very happy with my wall mounted post box even the postman commented on it saying it was one of the nicest he has seen, the box has a wide slot for post so ideal for larger letters/small parcels, great design with bar inside to stop post falling out when door opened. Over all very happy.
