At the time, the product you were initially interested in was out of stock and therefore not available to purchase. Once it returned to stock, your order was placed and dispatched within our normal processing timeframe.
We did suggest an alternative model as an option while you were waiting, along with the possibility of adding a finishing frame, but appreciate that you preferred to wait for the original item.
We’re pleased that once the item became available, everything proceeded smoothly, and we hope installation has since gone well.

Something went wrong with the delivery…
Something went wrong with the delivery via UPS.
UPS advised us of a delivery day, we waited but nothing happened. Next day, UPS sent a phone message to say they could not deliver because the address was incomplete (the house number was missing).
I informed Iloveparcels saying that their confirmation order showed the full address so would they sort out the issue, please?
2 days later I got a sorry message from Loveparcels saying they forgot to tell me that the issue was sorted.
Next day, unaware of a message from UPS sent to me at 23.30hrs (I was asleep); I proceeded to an appointment in another county. Where upon I checked my messages which said that I was to receive a parcel that day (I was not there)
Next day at home I found the parcel left in the driveway (odd, as it was supposed to be signed for!)
Two days later a UPS driver turned up at my home asking for a signature, if I had received the parcel.
I signed.
So was it Iloveparcels or UPS that caused this inconvenience ?
Luckily, the 'post box' was packed properly, the outer package suffering only slight damage from being tossed around in a delivery van. The item was ok.
Odd that a 'Post Box' had trouble being delivered ??

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to explain what happened — we can understand how frustrating that sequence of delivery messages must have been.
The address details are transmitted directly to the courier exactly as entered at checkout. In cases where a courier flags an “incomplete address”, it is usually due to a scanning or routing issue within their network rather than missing information on the order itself.
It does appear there were mixed messages from UPS regarding delivery attempts and signature requirements, which understandably caused inconvenience. While we rely on third-party couriers to complete the final delivery, we do step in where needed — and we’re sorry we didn’t update you sooner once it had been resolved on our side.
We’re pleased the parcel box arrived safely and that the packaging did its job.

I have ordered a customised parcel box. First of all, the value for money was great. The box was successfully fitted and looks great. Secondly, the number sticker got damaged in the process and when I contacted the company, they not only responded straightaway but also sent me a replacement free of charge. Amazing product and even better service. Thank you.

I ordered a letterbox because we were…
I ordered a letterbox because we were moving home.
When it arrived I found that the letterbox lid would only open by lifting the left edge of the lid, it was obviously distorting and jamming. I reported the fault but the person at the other end could not understand the nature of the fault and asked for a video. I emailed a video but unfortunately for them, instead of receiving a reply I received a request to rate their service.

We’re sorry the original letterbox arrived with an issue, particularly at a busy time while moving home. From the description and video provided, it appeared the distortion was likely caused during transit.
As part of our standard process, we ask for photos or video when damage is reported so we can assess the issue properly and resolve it quickly. Once we received your video, a replacement was dispatched the same day.
We apologise if the automated review request was triggered before the matter had been fully concluded — that timing was unfortunate.
We’re pleased we were able to resolve it promptly and hope the replacement has performed as expected.

Good experience
Delivery was prompt and the post box is readily recognised as such by couriers and post office. It’s reasonably secure once locked and reasonably easy to open and shut.
