Personalised post box
Ordered a personalised post box, arrived promptly, looks great, not put it up yet as waiting for my new front door to be fitted. But it looks really good.....not cheap, but that's ok...reassuringly expensive so I assume it is good quality! .... Will update my review if I feel differently once it is in use!

At the time, the notes section at checkout was intended for delivery instructions rather than customer service queries, and messages entered there were not always routed to our support system. We understand how that could have been frustrating.

A really good strong parcel box
It’s a really good strong parcel box. On fixing to the wall the drill size in the instructions seemed incorrect and we had to use a slightly larger drill, but otherwise really good.

Installation can vary slightly depending on wall type and chosen fixings, so adjustments to drill size aren’t uncommon depending on the surface being mounted to.

Lovely letterbox

Quite simply they did what they said and in the time frame that they gave.
When delivered the mail box met with the description and quality was good.
Minor complaint about lack of instructions though it is pretty obvious really.
