Great customer service
Great customer service, I had paid for next working day delivery however UPS lost the parcel, I emailed to ask for the next day fee returned, I was contacted by customer services and they were extremely helpful and said that they will get the box out for next day delivery and it came on time, great looking box and would use this company again

I placed an order for a personalised post box,but needed to ammend the order.
Reply was immediate by a very polite member of
customer service team,who dealt with this matter.
Communication throughout was superb.
The service was prompt from placing this order through processing to despatch.

Good quality product but expensive
I like the quality of the product, but expected that because it was much more expensive than other wall mounted letter boxes.
There were no installation instructions whatsoever. A paper template for marking the position of the mounting holes would have been very useful.

At the time, installation guidance was provided online rather than as a printed insert. Since then, we have refined and improved our installation support in response to customer feedback.
