“I had an early pregnancy scan at Imaginatal and was very impressed. Booking was quick and straightforward, and I was able to get an appointment on same day . The clinic was easy to find and had a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
The sonographer was professional but also very compassionate, which made a big difference as I was feeling nervous. They talked me through what they could see step by step and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all.Overall, a very positive experience and I’d happily return if needed. The front desk staff Silvi deserves a special mention—very polite, friendly, and made check-in quick and easy. The scan itself was handled professionally and everything was explained clearly

Amazing service in the Cardiff clinic
Amazing service in the Cardiff clinic, girls on the desk were lovely and reassuring and the lady who did my scan was great too. Went in for a 6 week reassurance scan and was slightly behind where I thought, so was advised to come back in 2 weeks. Lady conducting the scan explained everything to us, something we’ve not experienced on the nhs. Fantastic experience!

Imaginatal gave my husband and I the most special moment we could ask for. We booked a lux 4D scan and it was completely magical. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly, the vibe is completely relaxing and during the wellbeing check, everything was explained clearly so we knew exactly what was being looked at. Our baby covered his face during the scan, but the package covered two rescans if we were unsuccessful. The sonographer did everything she could to get us the clearest images of our baby boys face. We attended 3 scans in total and were encouraged to come back each time as they were determined to get us the best pictures. We have the loveliest keepsakes including 5 prints of our baby in 3D, a magnet, keyring and a teddy with our baby's heartbeat inside. You are also sent all pictures taken throughout the scan and a screen recording of the session. We 100% recommend imaginatal to anyone considering getting a private scan!

Booking was simple and easy to do. Lots of correspondence up to appointment. Easy to find, parking out front if needed. Very friendly staff, felt at ease straight away. Would recommend for sure 😊

Great experience
Just had our gender scan here. The whole experience was amazing. Very clean, fresh clinic. The receptionist was great and our sonographer was so lovely and walked us through everything on the scan. Great images of baby and it didn't feel rushed at all. Would 100% recommend!

Fertility scan for IVF treatment abroad
Very professional and empathic, made me feel very at ease. The scan was very thorough and the sonographer spoke to me and described everything in detail all the way through and made it very easy to understand. The report was ready and in my inbox by the time I got home - made it very quick and easy to send to my IVF consultant abroad.

I had a fantastic experience at this clinic. I was able to book an appointment for the same day, and even though I arrived early, they kindly found time to see me.
The doctor was highly professional and very approachable. They listened attentively, asked thoughtful questions, and carefully examined everything I was concerned about.
I was truly delighted with the level of service and care I received and will definitely be coming back.

amazing 4d scan
had my 4d scan there today and was absolutely amazing! would recommend to anybody who is expecting.the scan felt so special and not rushed whatsoever plus we got amazing 4d pictures it was so clean and calm in there too definitely would visit again
