Rates and fees are ridiculous

Rates and fees are ridiculous, app is complete trash, must change password every single time I try to log in....TRASH... CUSTOMER SUPPORT, I WOULDN'T KNOW BECAUSE THEY NEVER ANSWER. SO GLAD IM FINISHED WITH THEM...4/16/2026...

Great beginner card

I don’t understand why there are so many bad reviews of this company. I pay no monthly or yearly account fees and I have never had a problem making a purchase. My one and only complaint is the interest rate is high, like 31% I think, so I make sure to pay the balance every month. They also have a good app to keep track of purchases and to make payments.

Missed a payment

Missed a payment. Made the payment about 1 week after due date and they had already closed the account. They did not even notify me, found out through a Credit Karma notification. Called to verify that account was closed and told they mailed me notice of closure which I still have not received.

Impossible company to deal with

I was approved for this card and I admit I am late on my payments, but they closed my account and I CANNOT login to make any payment. They keep sending the "no reply" email saying I'm late and need to make a payment. I have taken screen shots of trying to login so when they decide to try to take me to court, these pictures will hopefully help my case. Can't pay when they won't let you.

This is the worst credit card ever …


This is the worst credit card I’ve ever had! Sometimes the minimum monthly payment is $60 because they charge you so many different fees. This card is fee ridiculous I do not recommend anybody get this card My goal is to pay it off and close the account. It’s been a nightmare.

Do not use Imagine

Do not use Imagine. I paid $12.50/month for over 2 years. My credit improved so I called to cancel. Turns out my fee was only $49/year not $150. They offered me to stay and they would refund the overpayment. Not even worth it. The $12.50 was explained as a “service fee” for the convenience?? No thank you. My other cards have no annual fee!

What a SCAM!!!

What a scam! I applied with a 650 credit score and was denied within seconds. God only knows where my information really went to.

Imagine Credit Card

Because I paid after the cutoff time of 5 PM on the due date, I was slapped with a late fee of $30. Other cards have a cutoff time way beyond that window. Customer service stinks and they offer you nothing other than your payment has to be in before 5 PM. Was never late on this account. Do yourself a favor and find another card to go with. STAY AWAY!!!

Bad customer service and handling of disputes

I am not impressed with ImagineCredit.com. Their customer service is lacking, especially when it comes to assisting customers with disputes. They tend to side with the merchant without fully considering the customer’s input or concerns. Additionally, the app is very basic and offers limited features, which further detracts from the overall experience.

Scam entitiy

I just signed on with this company, paid my monthly bills on time, yet they keep harassing me by NO-REPLY e-mail that I am late and they froze my card.
Well, I mail in all my bills via USPS Certified Mail (costs .65 c. each) and get a copy of the mailing each time. However, this entity like some sketchy banks, does not let you get in touch with them via email, so I cannot send them proof of timely mailing. This is a scam company and I do not recommend doing business with them.

Predatory company

Predatory company, charges 12 dollar monthly “convenience” fee, even for balances paid in full. So… they charge interest at a high rate, and an annual fee, and a monthly fee… it’s over 200 dollars a year just to have the stupid card. If you have a one thousand dollar limit, that’s over 20 percent interest on money that you’re not even borrowing. Stay away from these guys, their customer service sucks too.

IMAGINE VISA – PREDATORY, UNRESPONSIVE, AND HEARTLESS COMPANY

Title: IMAGINE VISA IS A SCAM DISGUISED AS A CREDIT CARD COMPANY

I have contacted Imagine Visa several times regarding my job loss and my request for hardship assistance — and the so-called “virtual chat” stated they do not offer hardship options. That is not only unacceptable, it’s irresponsible and deceptive for a company that markets itself as “helping people rebuild credit.”

Imagine Visa (Atlanticus Services Corporation) has shown zero compassion or accountability. Their customer service is nonexistent, their “credit protection” plan is misleading, and there’s no clear contact email for assistance. Everything funnels you through a robotic chatbot that gives canned responses. That’s not help — that’s neglect.

When consumers are struggling, your answer should not be, “We can’t help.” The FTC, CFPB, and DFPI have been notified, as this company fails to provide fair and transparent support. Under the FDCPA and TILA, consumers have the right to written communication and protection from unfair billing or collection practices.

If Imagine Visa thinks silence, denial, and late-fee piling are acceptable business practices, they are mistaken. Every ignored message, every canned reply, and every refusal to work with customers is being documented and shared with the regulators.

This is the definition of predatory behavior. I reached out in good faith — before falling behind — and received nothing in return but vague answers and robotic responses.

Imagine Visa is not a credit-building tool — it’s a trap.
To anyone reading this: Document everything. Don’t call, don’t waste your time. File with the CFPB, FTC, and BBB so these practices stop for good.

Save your self the pain

Save your self the pain, suffering and expense. One of the worst credit cards. Customer service is awful. They won’t move due dates, waive any fee or do anything to help you if you experience a hardship. Fees are enormous.

Scam Alert!!

Scam Alert!!! I applied in April of 2025 its now June and I haven't recieved a card but the card balance is going up and they want me to pay on a card I never recieved or used. They closed the account today and emailed me about making a payment.If anyone is having issues contact the fcc or ftc branches of the fbi for consumer issues and sue if its messing up your credit this company is a scam and credit karma shouldn't be promoting them to damage people's credit.

I do not recommend

I wanted to use this card to make purchases from Amazon. Amazon kept giving me an error that the card could not be charged. I called Imagine Credit and the representative said there was a temporary hold on the card for some reason and that he had released it. I tried again the next day and still received the same message. I called Imagine Credit again. This time the representative said that this card cannot be used in any form that saves card information for a further purchase. This is not stated anywhere in the materials I received from the company and is not listed anywhere on their website. Also, if this is true the first representative should have known this and told me the first time I called. So either the second representative is a liar, or the first representative is incompetent. Either way I do not recommend Imagine Credit.

This is absolutely one of the most…

This is absolutely one of the most pathetic and egregious credit card providers I've reviewed to date. You can absolutely forget being able to access your online account, and their customer support is incredibly incompetent and incapable of doing even the simplest of tasks. I've submitted a complaint regarding their etiquette and unethical practices to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and WeBank, the facilitator of their credit cards.
