Brilliant service. Normal fitted sheets from the high street ‘popped off’ our adjustable electric bed so I rang In Dreams and straightaway the seller knew what I needed. The mattresses are an odd size. I ordered four sheets, £4 delivery, brilliant, arrived in two days! Very impressed, thank you.

I ordered 2 small single sheets for an adjustable bed in grey stripe. They took about a week to arrive, however the wrong colour were sent.

I had thought the wrong size was also sent, so I emailed customer service (well, it's just one man actually) To ask for the right ones in the right colour. He replied 3 days later saying he was sure he sent me grey (he really didn't).

Anyway, long story shorter, I ended up phoning him and we agreed the size was correct, but the labels on the sheets really did say white and souls be grey.

I was told he would put the grey ones in the post and enclose a returns label for the white ones... I'm still waiting a week later.

I did email him again to enquire where my grey sheets were and he told me they were delivered on 5th Jan. He even sent me the tracking information.... for the WHITE sheets! No sign of getting the correct ones, so definitely can't recommend.

very good shop, although not cheapest, but still decent. I found a sheet size not available in other places, and it is made to very high quality, far beyond what i would expect, i already came back for another shopping, and will probably be back again.

Wished I’d checked the reviews before ordering- ordered 2 sheets but only one arrived- emailed no reply. Bunch of scammers.

After ordering a special adjustable be last week I discovered that I needed special size sheets so I decided to order through in dreams bedding, they boast fast reliable service 100% customer service ashored what rubbish by the 2nd August I had heard nothing from them except a confirmation of order email. Today 2/8 I emailed them by midday now concerned I rang got told they had to wait on one item to come in but order was dispatch and my tracking number would be sent over straight away by 3pm no email I rang again this time I got told the order was delayed as they had to make the sheets on the factory floor, and he was sending my tracking number whilst we spoke and was informed it was on 48 delivery I said had his web site said that adjustable bed sheets have to be made then I would have gone else where as I needed the bedding for Saturday.
Now 16.00 hrs still no tracking email,
The bed I ordered has arrived and in place but No bedding to put on it so it looks like I will need to go out and find a stockist in the city off Glasgow.

Ordered Mattress protectors 2’6”” x 6’6”” for adjustable bed on 20 June they arrived 10 July. Tried emailing and regular phone calls without response and they finally arrived almost three weeks later.The web site says fast shipping, which century is this company in.

Not able to review product yet as had to find others quickly so bed could be used

Still no sheet, phoned, said would send another.
Still no sheet. Beware!

Having purchased sheets in a custom size before, which have NEVER bobbled and won't if you wash them on their own or with other similar sheets, I recently had to purchase again. As previous, the gentleman I spoke to was kind, helpful and very willing to help. I would ALWAYS recommend this company, especially if you've got an extra large bed like we do.

Poor quality. Supposedly "Hotel Quality" fitted sheets.
Bought 2 fitted sheets, both bobbled on first use.
Contacted seller. He insinuated that it was my fault for washing it together with the wrong type of other items.
Apparently sold "thousands" of the sheet I bought in the last 3 years and only once has it bobbled. Again, blamed it on the lady.

I will not be buying any more from this store.

Terrible experience. Should have given the money away.

Buyer Beware this company will not replace faulty items and so purchasers loose money. They also seem to edit reviews on their site so bad reviews are not visible and everything has 5 stars.

Yes the quality of fabric was good but when they send the wrong size and it doesn't fit forget customer service - it's non existent and no money back.
