Industrial Safety Products Avis 

Ordered a brown MSA hard hat and took a week to get to my house when it got there the hard hat was painted white. I had to ship the hard hat back and it was a hassle to get a refund I had to call then they tried to get me to exchange the item but I had already bought another hard hat. I had to call the company on the phone to get a refund. They wouldn’t respond to my emails in a timely manner. Last time shopping with this company

It's been over a month since I placed an order, and I still haven't received anything, not even the tracking number. I'll wait another week. If I don't receive it, I'll start negatively promoting this company on all my social media channels. I think this would be the most dignified move for this type of company, since they work with safety and life safety equipment.

received broken item. Contacted ISP and told them the issue, they replied asking what was wrong. I told them to read the original email that was sent as It had all the info. They then responded that they have contacted to manufacture to get an RMA from them, then they will get back to me with further instructions. Still waiting 1 week later. But they have my $ and I have no hearing protections.

This is the second time I've ordered safety products for my crew. These guys have delivered as promised each time.

There is no need to do a good review. It's been almost 20 days since I purchased the product and so far I haven't received any information about the product. I've tried several contacts and nothing.

The carrying case was broken on the first one but was fixable.
The second one I purchased the carrying case was destroyed and not fixable and the contents of the case was just laying around in the bottom of the box. Not really packaged well for a $1700.00 purchase.

3day shipping included in price, very good experience

The only reason I gave one star is because I could not give zero. I ordered some safety brackets and received an empty box. It was "Proudly packed and inspected by004" but 004 wasn't smart enough to tape some bubble wrap around the parts and they slipped out of a corner of the box. Called to try to get this resolved and pretty much got the run around. Not impressed at all.

I placed order gloves came quick. Rain pants took weeks to receive,still haven’t received my rain coat. Called they say it’s on back order would be nice if it’s not in stock they would say it on the web sight. And they never replied to any emails. I’m very disappointed.
