This was my first time when I was using Industrial Safety Products company. Buying process is easy. One of the products that I have purchased wasn't available, so they shipped it to me later. No issues.

I feel like a paid a lot of money for shipping and wasnt communicated to me that it was going to take so long to receive my order completely. to be honest if werent for such a great price on these products im ordering, i probably wouldnt bring my business back.

I haven't received my 9/15/25 order and it is now 10/4/25. No response from Industrial Safety Products yet, very frustrating.

We have not received our order. We are being prompted for a review, so here it is.

Bought an item almost a month ago and they still havnt shipped it. Customer service barely replies. I would not recommend this company. Bad service.

Never received the order and the tracking number never updated, when I contacted them they said they'd look into it. It's been two days since and no response or update and I still don't have my order. I won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered a safety line for my Dad to use when doing roof maintenance at home. Unfortunately, it is too heavy for him to lift up onto the roof and will not work for him. Could I possibly return the item? It has not been used.

Ordered a brown MSA hard hat and took a week to get to my house when it got there the hard hat was painted white. I had to ship the hard hat back and it was a hassle to get a refund I had to call then they tried to get me to exchange the item but I had already bought another hard hat. I had to call the company on the phone to get a refund. They wouldn’t respond to my emails in a timely manner. Last time shopping with this company
