BAD SHIPPING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
MY PRODUCTS WERE SHIPPED 2 DAY. THEN THE SHIPMENT WAS SEPERATED INTO 2 SHIPMENTS. THE FIRST ONE WAS A DAY LATE AND THE SECOND ONE WAS A WEEK LATE.
I NEEDED A COPY OF THE INVOICE SO I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES. EVERY TIME IT RANG UNTIL VOICEMAIL. I LEFT A MESSAGE AND NOBODY CALLED BACK. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, I CALLED SALES JUST TO TALK TO SOMEBODY. THEY TRANSFERRED ME IMMEDIATELY TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHERE NOBODY PICKED UP AGAIN. I ALSO E-MAILED THE ONLINE HELP AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A COPY OF MY INVOICE.
DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.
