Received but package was in poor condition. Parts were falling out but I believe we received it all.

The support service is not responding. The product is not shipped for two weeks.

I never received my product

The company took so long to deliver the ear plugs that by the time they arrived my housemate was out of rehab and back home. She no longer needed them, so I'm returning them unopened. Very bad service indeed.

I have reported this disgrace of a company or fraudulent company to the Fla state attorney general. No company and employees should be allowed to run a business so bad and be paid. Pathetic liars who tell you your order will be sent out every week. Stealing money from people may result in bad things happening. Ordered on Oct 15. It’s nov 22. Only ordered a hoodie and no refund or shipping dates. pathetic. Owner should be investigated and prosecuted

Had what I wanted at a fair price. Item(s) were shipped in a timely manner and delivered in great condition.

Placed order on 11/5/25... Checked order status 1 week later as I had heard nothing from ISP and status showed "Awaiting Fulfillment" and had not been updated since 11/5/25. Tried to contact ISP through their online chat and could not get through... Sent online message to ISP through their website and never received reply... Sent email to ISP and never received a reply... Finally got through to customer service on 11/14/25 and let them know I had received no communication from ISP... Rep seemed not to care so I requested that my order be cancelled... Still have yet to receive any type of cancellation confirmation from ISP... Very poor communication and customer service!!

Fast delivery, Good product, Happy with the service.

They took an order online from someone who is not authorized to buy from our company and a fraudulent charge was done. Took a phone call and several emails to clear it up. An account was setup under our company without verification of any information.

I placed the order was charged the same price only received 1/2 the qty as my pervious order.
After contacting ISP they said per manufacture price increase of 50%.
