On time quicker than expected as ordered and just what I needed

Easy ordering process. Was a bit disappointed that it took forever to get my order due to back orders. I received a notification that the product would not be available until July 1st, then received another notification that the order was shipping out to me a week later.

I only received half of my order. I emailed the info email and explained this. I never received any response. The box was also smashed up.

Haven't used gloves yet but seem like good quality

I received my order a few days after I thought I would. I initially placed my order with a 3 day shipment and it was double that time not counting the weekend. The product is as expected, your site has complet documentation and I was able to speak to a person when I inquired for my late shipment. During installation, one anchon had all hardware; unforunately, when we installed the second anchor, it only had 28 of the 40 included bolts. I had to spend a few bucks in buying the correct screws not to mention the inconvenience and delay in anstallation. Partially my fault for not checking the package as soon as I received it.

I was surprised.
My son has Autism and finds the most random things for me to purchase on his behalf (think Pez dispensers from the 70's and old skeleton door keys). When he showed me these 3M headphones I was not surprised since he has sound sensory issues. I used to work at 3M and knew the quality was worth a go. The ear protectors arrived quickly and re now worn daily.

The products are great. It’s 3M after all. The website response is slow and cumbersome and FedEx shipping is way too expensive for something that takes 2 weeks to go across the country.
I have a particular gripe about FedEx. They are in such a hurry they can’t even actually deliver to me but leave the package in my yard 250 feet from my door. It’s a repeating behavior for them and particularly bad when it’s raining.

Needed gloves and the response time is excellent. Gloves are well made, durable and built with excellent dexterity.
