Fantastic holiday
Just back from doing Memphis - New Orleans stays and Gulf of Mexico cruise on NCL. We had a great time and can only praise Infinity for the excellent services provided. We had 3 flights both there and back with no delays, plenty of time between flights and only had to transfer cases once in Atlanta which was no problem. Amtrax train was a great way to meander down the countryside. No problems there either. The guest House at Gracelands was just gorgeous and The Pavillon in New Orleans was just amazing. Can't thank Infinity and the staff enough the choices made with Hotels and transport by them we're spot on and the service was excellent.
The cruise was great too

Satisfied with service overall
Satisfied with service overall. Very polite and helpful. Found it very frustrating that the link in the email to pay for deposit did not work on my mobile so I had to go on my laptop to pay it. Otherwise very good service.

Took over 5 weeks to actually secure the booking…
Took over 5 weeks to actually secure the booking, a thread of 42 emails and numerous phone calls. We left phone messages which most of the time were ignored and Mike appeared not prepared to speak or communicate with women customers.

Good and friendly customer service
Mike was very helpful and patient answering all our queries when we rang to book. He also took time to get us a good booking on the cruise. The only disappointment was to learn that most of the cabins had been sold out and we were only left with one choice ie balcony suite and surprised fare had gone up so much since speaking to him in the morning. But Mike was very helpful and we decided to book anyway. We are looking forward to this trip.

Booking with confidence
Were able to book us a cruise to travel with a family member despite them having booked months ago. They managed to book same flights and hotels and even got us a cabin almost next to them on the ship.
