We called and in no time received the parts and a specialist called to schedule an appointment to come fix it. Days after the repair, we received a follow up phone call to make sure it was performing as expected. This is what customer service should be everywhere! 10 out of 10!

Beautiful piece of furniture.
My wife and I have looked at massage chairs over the years and finally decided to get serious. After trying at several furniture stores, no one knew how to operate them. There was no feeling of security after a purchase.
We heard about the Costco "roadshow" and went to two of them. On our second attempt, we met Rick. He walked us thru the Infinity Imperial Syner-d. After his close attention and personal guidance explaining the many, many different functions performed by the chair, as well as the trial it self, We were sold.
You don't just get in and push go. There's like 12 different automatic programs and you can modify those programs to best serve your needs. He showed my wife how to pair it to her phone so those programs are there as well as on the tablet attached to the chair. I was impressed with the voice commands of those programs. He also showed us where to find the video instructions for viewing at home. And the phone number to call for ANYTHING!
We received the chair after three weeks, slightly ahead of schedule. That was on 9-11-25 so we've had it for two weeks now and are using it daily and I have to say that we are still learning what we can do with it.
Once we get it dialed in to the point that we say, "Ya, that's it. that's perfect!" then we can save the program to repeat itself for whenever.
We have had no problems what so ever to this point. It's quiet. It's comfortable. I fell asleep in it once.
I'm told if something should go wrong, even after the five year warranty expires, they will still service the chair. We'd have to pay for it of coarse but just knowing the support is there is huge.
In closing, I couldn't give it 5 stars only for a couple of petty reasons. One, it didn't come with a pad to set it on my hardwood floors and two, I'm just not a big Costco fan.

I love this massage chair
I love this massage chair. It is my second chair and I upgraded because it does your glutes. I wish the leg part went up just a little higher as I’m 5’ 2 and have short legs. Besides that, I enjoy how well it lines up with my back and neck.

Top quality product!
Top quality product, Smart Chair Pro. Love my chair! Two years worked great. Chair began to make a noise after 2 yrs. Called spoke to Nate Smith. Within a few minutes he correctly diagnosed the issue. He sent via FEDEX a new motor to my address. Repairman called after part received. He quickly installed new part which resolved the noise. Repairman even wipe chair down with leather cleaner, above and beyond the service call. Highly recommend as it is a great chair. I feel awesome after each use, and customer service is amazingly great! Kudos to Nate and his ear to listen and correctly diagnose the issue.

Best massage chair ever!
I had been looking at massage chairs for ten years and didn’t like the massages they offered. Then I tried the Infinity Evolution and it was magical. I used to get
in-hone weekly massages and it was costly. Once I had the chair, I no longer needed the massages. The reason I bought this chair as it offered an excellent massage, it was well made and made in America!

These guys know what they're talking about. I know nothing, I mean like zero but with the guidance of these real live pros all I had to do was listen, follow their instructions and take notes. They did the rest. William was so patient, he didn't care that I was a dummy as long as I could follow his instructions and he did it all with this voice that was non judgemental and held me mesmerized. I was so impressed by his complete knowledge like he was standing right next to me. I knew exactly what it was going to cost me down to the a fordable penny. I knew what warranties were applied and the total. I am so grateful for your knowledge. If I could rate higher than a 5 star I would double it.

Eliminated my sciatic pain.
I have really been enjoying my massage chair for the past three weeks. The first time I used it my sciatic pain was reduced 90%. Next time it was mercifully gone. I appreciate the vast adjustability to your needs. I decided to assemble the chair myself after viewing the video and Infinite expedited my White Glove refund from Costco. I love my infinity chair
I love my infinity chair! The set up and delivery process was truly white glove. I look forward during my commute to a nice massage almost daily. The number of auto selections is perfect for selecting what you want to focus to during your massage. Looks great in our living room and guest always want to try it out. Have one at our other house that’s over 12 years old and going strong with weekly use. Recommend infinity for their customer service, delivery and setup and reliability of their brand.

Most satisfying after sales service.
The day I decided to buy a Massage Chair and after a little investigative search I decided to go with Infinity. Sales and marketing were highly cooperative and gave the best prices and chair suitable for me. Customer service is par excellence and so is maintenance technician. I had a minor squeak issue after using chair for over one and half hour. Technician was sent immediately and he not only rectified the issue he fully involved me in the process and gave highly useful coaching for chair to last many many years to come. It is one of the most satisfying experience I had with the infinity.

We love our infinity massage chair. It has been appreciated by our whole family. We needed a repair after several years of use. Everyone I spoke to at Infinity was very helpful and professional.
(I would give 5 stars but we had a delay and 2 visits by the repairman because the wrong or defective part was initially sent. Infinity did get us the correct part. Mistakes happen..)

Infinity fixed my chair like new
Infinity fixed my chair like new! My chair is going on 5 years old, and has slowed down over the last year. The seat hydraulics started to fail with age and lots of use, at least one massage a day over the last 5 years. Infinity’s customer service and repairman came out and fixed it like new!
