We recently purchased an Infinity massage chair. We had to clarify an issue with the delivery company. We contacted Heidi at Infinity. Heidi was excellent. She solved our issue and delivery went great. She responded promptly to all communications and was a pleasure to work with. Love our chair!

We had our new Circadian Syner-D chair installed on Monday and heard one loud bang each time we ran the various programs on the chair. We called Customer Service and received EXCELLENT diagnostic support from Nick Matteo. Within 30 minutes the problem was identified and the resolution addressed. It was a pleasure dealing with Nick, his technical support skills over the phone are spot on when walking a customer through the various operating system screens that may be unfamiliar to a new customer. We are very pleased with the outcome!

I’ve got a little hiccup with one of the batteries on my handheld massager, and I gave Infinity a shout to see what they could do about it. Nick was super helpful and mentioned he’d send me a replacement because it sounds like the battery might be acting up and not turning green.

The service man came and got the problem fixed. The company’s customer service representative is very helpful and sent the right part. I recommend this company.

Was having problems with the chair shutting off! I sent in a support email to Infinity and they called back the next day to clarify what was happening with the chair. Infinity sent out the parts and the technician called to set up an appointment!
The technician came and was great. He asked questions and was able to put the parts in easily. The chair works great again.
The process was easy and great. The only thing I would have made the process better is the technician gave us a time between 8am and 4pm initially! He did call and give us a 30 minute warning that he was on the way, but it would have been nice to have a little less time span for the repair that day! Overall great experience! Thanks Infinity!

Over the past eight years, our family has consistently utilized an Infinity massage chair, after finally experiencing some mechanical issues with the roller system and the 3D mechanism. Considering the chair's daily use by multiple family members, two to three times a day for approximately eight years, the company's responsiveness was commendable. The process of contacting them was straightforward, and the technician promptly scheduled and completed the necessary repairs. Upon encountering a subsequent issue, the technician returned and resolved the problem efficiently. Based on our positive experiences, Infinity is the preferred choice for our family. When the time comes to upgrade, we will undoubtedly select another Infinity chair. The chair's therapeutic benefits are significant, particularly for addressing stiffness and back tension; the post-treatment results are exceptional.

My service repair technician was prompt. He got right to work. He installed the part that was delivered to my home prior to his arrival. My chair looks good as new. We are very happy. This in home repair was free with the warranty plan from Infinity.

Heidi Connors displayed excellent customer service answering my questions and providing on line tutorials. I highly recommend this company, and Infinity is the only massage chair I’d purchase! Mine was previously owned and reconditioned but arrived in like new condition, albeit missing the footpads. Heidi is sending a new set out by Fed Ex, no charge!

Rick from Jez service did a great job repair my chair. He was professional, prompt, and courteous. He explained in detail what happened and how it was fixed. I highly recommend Infinity chairs and Jez Service.

I absolutely love my chair. I've had it since Jan 2025 and I use it twice a day. When the chair started making some funny noises and a motor stopped working, customer service quickly sent a new part and a technician out to remedy the situation. Couldn't ask for much more. One could say the motor should not have died so soon and while I agree, the real test is when you have issues, how does the company respond and I give 5 stars.
I test drove chairs at a Massage Chair store for 4 hours prior to picking this chair. It is perfect for me, 6'1" but my 4'11" is too short.

Steve Reeder, that’s who I write this review about today. I will give you a note, if you can afford one of these chairs buy one as they are great. This review is to talk to you about zero pressure sales, about someone who was truly interested in my back problems, and how it would potentially add to my life. He is professional, knowledgeable on product, and effective with his communication. When I gave him my number and asked for more information, I got exactly what I asked for and nothing else. Finally today on the last day of the roadshow one message giving me an update that’s when I complimented him and he sent me this link to share my experience with you all.

I’m so grateful for Steve. I’m gonna end up buying one of these chairs for sure and what I learned is when it comes to doing business I want to be more like this man, conduct myself with zero expectation on the customer, professional, and kind.

I have the world’s best BS detector, arm amputated as a result of Addiction. I’m in recovery we can smell BS a mile away. The chairs are absolutely great, the professionalism and the company is a place I want to do business with and conduct myself the way they conduct themselves

I purchased Infinity Imperial Chair in November 2020. The chair is every good. I bought five year on site repair warranty. They have been great with the repair. Parts were sent and repair was scheduled efficiently.

IF you have owned a massage chair you know they some do not last years down the road. Bought a massage chair, Infinity, from Costco and we love it. Ran into a few problems with a few mechanics a year later but Infinity has the best costumer service to repair it . Our service guy Jason is a great and they replaced the parts. They call again to make sure all went well. Would buy here again.

We bought an infinity massage chair in Dec 2021. Recently we heard big noise as the chair tried to move up, also some minor issues with the foot massage part.
I submitted a service request online.
Quickly Nick from tech service followed up with me to understand more about the issues. He then escalated the request. Anthony contacted us for a video to show the issues and then arrange the parts and local technician for the repair. The local technician Rudy did a fantastic job repairing the chair. Jen followed up after Rudy's visit to make sure everything is good. and now the chair is as good as new!

Often it is pleasant to make a purchase but it is frustrating to request a service. It is not the case with Infinity massage chair. Everybody I contact with was so polite and professional, they got the job done quickly and nicely!

Bought the chair from Costco and it was delivered and installed in a few weeks (busy holiday season). The chair is great and replaced a Panasonic chair I’ve had for 20 years. The modes are great and the strength is good too.

After 2 years a sensor failed and they quickly shipped out a part and arranged service (all under warranty). I was nervous about this aspect but zero fears - the tech was highly competent and did a few upgrades to prevent and recurrence (the sensor wire was relocated and better secured so it didn’t detach). Both the tech and Infinity had great communication and follow up - I can say without reservation they stand behind their product.

I’m as optimistic about this chair as I am about my older Panasonic ( still working).
