I dealt with Ashlea at Ingeni. She was very proactive in her communication and clearly outlined the claim process and what was expected of me in order to progress with the claim. All in all a very refreshingly pleasant experience and I’m very appreciative of how it has been handled.

The claim process was fairly straightforward and staff I dealt with have been friendly and helpful. Slightly disappointing that after claim is approved, it can take up to 30 working days for payment.
