Firstly, a general comment re: Gap insurance when you ‘manage’ a PCP car. It is better to have it!
Re: my claim and Ingeni level of service, very pleased. I was surprised by the amount of evidence that was required to prove my claim but I was kept up-to-date throughout.

Sophie and the team at Ingeni are incredibly helpful and remove any complication or stress from the situation. We have now used their services for both an alloy repair and a tyre replacement, faultless process both times.

I’m nearing the end of my 3-year tyre insurance policy and have made two claims so far. On both occasions, the process was extremely easy, smooth and professional. I dealt with Oscar each time and he was always polite, efficient and very helpful throughout.

Everyone has been extremely helpful ,kind ,and obliging, even Oscar who answered the phone, was so polite and helpful.
They very efficient in every way. The sorted out my claim for tyres going over pot holes!! Very quickly and reimbursed me straight away. I highly recommend them.
