My pump went out and had to get a new one and it didn’t work with the existing lines? They said you can just cut them off and Ruth Goldberg them back on and should work, should work? I tried to return the pump and they said no, there’s nothing wrong with it? $500 down the drain!!!! Screw these people, even if you could get them answer the phone!!

Horrible. Purchased a $700+ mattress topper that has a manufacturer defect. The bladder is too small for the foam inside the topper. I even had a design professional take a look. The only solution would be to cut open the side, cut away some of the foam fabric, and sew together the side again. They basically told me that I am SOL and that is not warrantable. Do not purchase here. They are stating that it’s not a warranty issue when it was CLEARLY a manufacturing defect.

Poor customer service I have had water beds for 40 years. This is the worst experience. My last bed lasted 15 years. It was a waterbed made by Inno axdecided to purchase another from this company. Purchased a waterbed mattress, approximately two years ago, called Automax regarding the strong chemical odor. We have tried several products they recommend, and the mattress still smells of vinyl also within a year with only one person sleeping on a California king waterbed mattress, the foam moved to another side of the bed and can only sleep on one side the other bottoms out I’ve called at least six times to factory store and keep getting crazy, comments like jump on bed to get air out of it and move the phone to another side. One customer rep said too much water in the bed and before we would drain the bed we called again and another representative said we needed to add water to the bed .
Problem is not resolved. Definitely will not recommend this company.
Purchased new Innomax bed from John Hannon in Loveland store.Did not have the one in stock that I purchased and had to wait 6 weeks to get my new bed.It has recently arrived and was well worth the wait.I've only slept on it 1 night and already felt better in the morning.Great job Innomax!!
Excellent customer service in the Loveland store. John Hannon is very knowledgeable. I received a call Thursday night that my mattress would be delivered Friday between 1:30 and 3:30 and the delivery came around 3:00pm. The drivers were very courteous and I felt very comfortable with them. The bed is exactly what we were told . I highly recommend Innomax.
We have been waterbed owners for over 40 yrs and when we decided to try something new from innomax, we got our minds changed! Mindi from the Denver warehouse told us things about our waterbed that we had never heard before! She was do informative and helpful in explaining things to us! We walked out of there very happy and satisfied with our decision and the purchases we made! She is a great salesperson! Thanks Mindi!

Pretty painless order process. Good quality product. Easy to work with and get information. There is a bit of price negotiation that takes place rather than just listing the price for the items. Also, over a month after initial delivery I am still waiting for the replacement sheets from the original order since they sent the wrong size. I do not understand the delay. Glad it was not an important component (although I did have to immediately go out and purchase sheets for the bed).
At the store we were assisted by a very learned sales rep. She knew answers .to all of our questions. We felt very confident on our purchase, any questions we had we're explained. We are proud to recomend them to our friends that maybe lppll'

I have had a bad back most of my life and I am a stomach sleeper, I know, bad combination...This bed allows me to sleep on my stomach without hurting my back. My husband is a side sleeper and has a bad shoulder. Again, allows him to sleep without hurting his shoulder. I wish I would have went to InnoMax before we spent tons of $ on other mattresses.
My husband and I purchased our bed in 2013. Nice bed, came in a timely manner. In 2014 I contacted Innomax in regards to the pillowtop losing its fluffiness and leaving a noticeable "dip" in the bed where we sleep. After several emails, I was offered to buy a new pillowtop. I declined that offer and then (again after several more emails) I was offered to be sent a new pillowtop without as much cushion (at my shipping cost) and I had to pay the shipping to send back my original pillowtop. Not being happy - I decided to just let it be and deal with it chalking up to a crappy company. For the record this issue has not changed to this date. Now... fast forward to the past week where we had an air chamber not wanting to keep air. I once again emailed and they offered to send a new one at the cost of $265 (a prorated charge per the rep). I asked how much a new one is, was given the price of $365. Asked about the "20 year limited warranty) and come to find out that it is a 3 year warranty with a 17 year prorated warranty. I am dissatisfied completely with the customer service constantly trying to fix my issues by upselling me! Can't you just fix the issue and own up to the customer service that you suggest you have? I will never again be a customer!
I have been a customer with Innomax for over 20 years and have used their sleep systems and purchased all my bedroom furnishing for me and the kids rooms from them. Went from water to air and now to another awesome product where my hubby and I can have our own setup on each side. Love them! Always amazing service, very awesome salesmen and never pushy. I highly recommend you get your sleep system and furnishings here. You will not be disappointed!
I requested information and ordered parts via a chat session. The session started out well enough, after a bit the person kept providing " I'll be with you in a minute" responses. He then noted that he was "multitasking and not doing it very well". The interruptions became rather annoying, but I was finally able to complete my order. The parts were received in a timely manner and seem to have fixed my problem.
My advice to the chat room folks: Remember the true definition of multitasking - "doing several things poorly at the same time". They should complete tasks in the order they are received and move to the next task or your company needs more chat room personnel.
I love this company! Not only do they carry the best mattresses around, but the staff is knowledgeable AND friendly!!!An amazing combination!!

Excellent product. Excellent customer support. I caused a problem with my air bed system by not tightening the hose connection to the pump properly. Customer support worked with me and insured that I corrected the problem properly.
