Our bed was delivered with a large rip in the base which was a big disappointment after making such a large purchase. We also got a mattress pad that was delivered with damaged packaging so it was very dirty. We were supposed to have sheets delivered with the bed and they were not.
Handled my Pump warranty issue pretty quickly I did have to call them to get them to return my warranty deposit.
My king size air bed is 10 yrs old. It was starting to slowly leak air pressure. I called the support line and we determined the pump assembly was defective. 3 options were given for repair, I selected purchasing a new pump assembly. It was promptly shipped and in a couple of days, I was sleeping on the air bed like it was new again. If only the other companies would be this easy. I am very happy with the air bed, even after 10 years. Their service is awesome. Thanks !!
We have been a very satisfied customer of Innomax since 2001. There is nothing as comfortable as a water bed. Innomax always remembers us & has our completely purchase history available to assist when buy new sheets, pads our fluid conditioners. Even my son bought one & loves it.
We had a great experience and we even brought our 3 year old. They took him under their wings so that we could try out beds with no distractions. We absolutely love our bed but unfortunately one of the pillow we bought is very uncomfortable. Both pillows were supposed to be the same but one is obviously different. We never called to ask for a refund because we were told up front it was against policy. Other than that we had a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend to others.
Our new 1/2 Queen mattress fit exactly. It was not only less money than the SC, but better built. Good service too.
On November 5, my wife and I went mattress shopping. After stopping at other stores, we ended up at Innomax. Innomax was on our radar after hearing many radio spots on 103.5. Dealing with our salesman was fine, and we ended up selecting an Innopedic and 2 new pillows to be delivered. The salesman said they one in stock, but to make sure we'd get it in case the computer was inaccurate, delivery was scheduled for Nov 19.
Here's where it gets fun! On Nov 18, the salesman calls and tells us it will be another week as there is no mattress, but swears it'll be available the next week. Bummer but he offered us a set of sheets for our trouble, and said we could get a loaner bed. We declined the loaner since it would only be a week and scheduled delivery for the next Saturday, Nov 26th. I kind of had my doubts, since that's the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
Friday the 25th arrives and sure enough, we get a call that there's still no mattress for us. Again, we're promised that it's on its way and to appease us they threw in a new mattress pad and said they'd deliver a loaner mattress the following weekend.
Friday Dec 2, my wife gets a call to schedule the loaner mattress delivery. The person on the phone was quite rude to my wife when we told them time they proposed wouldn't work for us, but we were able to work through that and the loaner mattress along with the pillows and extras was delivered by a nice pair of young men who were courteous and respectful.
The next week we were out of town, and didn't from Innomax until Friday Dec 16. The salesman said we have great news! Your mattress is here!! But...we can't deliver it until Dec 28 or 29. When I started to complain about that, he interrupted me; at which point I'd finally had enough and lost my temper with him. He hung up on me, I'd have probably done the same thing in his shoes. I shouldn't have lost my temper.
I called right back and asked to speak with someone in charge. I was told that the 'District Manager' would call me back. I could hear the salesman in the background, so I knew that was a stall tactic. The DM called me back, he apologized for the delay, I apologized for swearing at his salesman and then magically they had a delivery time open up the following Tuesday, Dec 20.
I took half the day off work to make that delivery time work, and we are now finally enjoying the mattress that we paid for 6 1/2 weeks ago. In my mind, that's a long time to hold onto someone's money with delivering on their promises.
So far, we think the product is fine (it's only been one night, but the loaner was lovely, too), but we sure didn't like how we were treated and the continual delays. I won't shop there again.
We ordered their modular bed with the two coils that go with them. It took a week for them to receive the order for us to pick it up. Once we were notified that our mattress had arrived to be picked up, they were short on one of the modulars. After contacting their warehouse, they didn't have the second modular and temporarily replaced it with the one closest to it. It has been several weeks and we still don't have the right bed. I have called twice to find out where this coil is at. All they can tell me is that it is on order and it hasn't come in yet, but rest assured that once it comes in that they will personally come over to my house to put it in. They have been rude as I have been following up after the time frame that they have given me. We have been very patient during this process and no one has stepped up to make it right. Has been a very frustrating experience.
When we decided to visit the store to look at beds we were really wondering if we could find something that both of us liked. After just a few minutes we both began to realize that it was indeed possible to create a bed that would work for each of us and our differing sleep needs. We were allowed the time to think about and discuss the alternatives and then we were able to get what we felt was a great deal on just the right bed. Now that we have been sleeping on that bed for a while we can confirm that we are completely satisfied with our decision. Thanks InnoMax!
We really enjoyed the sales process working with Tommy and his team in Loveland. They were very helpful and allowed us the time we needed in order to make the right choices for us.
Had the air mattress for about 3 months now. I wish the controls were wireless, but that is a very minor thing. The bed and quality are very good. Time will tell. LOVE the savings over the major brand name.

The staff is such a team ...from the back warehouse to the store owner , everyone works in such unison , cooperation with one another that as the customer I felt like royalty !.!

We knew we needed a new bed, trust InnoMax with the products and experience to guide to the best solution. We were handled with great respect and confidence. My only concern was the foundation for the mattress - wasn't really what I wanted. The sales lady suggested THEY make a foundation to meet my desire, problem solved!
We had our new bed with the custom foundation within the month, and is the best sleep we've had in MONTHS!

Love it...had it shipped to us in AZ..my husband and 2 friends assembled them and all things considered it was not too difficult...took a couple of hours. The beds are great and we are sleeping great...they are very quiet to operate.

I appreciated the assistance and experienced guidance we received in the store. Our options were made available and we were allowed to make an educated decision without pressure. Being able to experience all the options in one location was great. Terrific delivery crew. I've only slept in the bed one night, so far so good!
We have had a good experience with Inno Max twice now, they are a good company and we would recommend this company to anyone. They even shipped a mattress to us in Tenn. We had moved from Co to Tn and wanted to replace our mattress and they were very nice & handled it quickly.
Service was good and selection is awesome. Salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. Price was reasonable but not great. Setup and use Information about the mattress was not included in the packaging. Had to make a call to find out how to set it up.
We have bought a couple beds and accessories at Innomax. The service is always great, and not pushy or trying to push any product. Initially we asked a million questions before buying, and were in the showroom over an hour laying on the beds. The quality can't be beat, and if you have questions five days or five years later, you are treated the same, and they want you to be happy with their product. We've owned sleep number bed, Denver Mattress,and it never comes close to a Innomax!
