Great buying experience--Tyler knew A LOT about beds. The process was informative and easy. The bed (White Night Latex) is the best bed I've ever slept in.

We have dealt with InnoMax for 10 years and all of the products we purchased from them are still working well. They have a good product at a fair price and have never had a problem in resolving problems. They have great service. Highly recommend them.

My air bed broke soon after I got it. I found out that the design for the air fill hose was defective and InnoMax changed it right away. Rather than send me the part that worked they made me pay for it. I received the part to fix my bed and it still would not work. Now I have a $2000 air bed that will not hold air. I should have bought the SleepNumber bed. At least they stand behind their product!!

I love my air bed from InnoMax. My back would always ache on conventional mattresses and even on the foam. I realized that I never had a sore back after camping when I would sleep on my air mattress.
I compared InnoMax quality and features to that of a few competitors and found the features and especially the quality of the InnoMax mattress was far superior.

We love our bed. No more sore hips and backs. When one air hose connection went bad, it was replaced without hassle.

Only negative is that the mattress corners are very heavy to lift when changing sheets.

Ralph was extremely helpful in helping me to choose the Medallion air mattress. I was concerned about odors from the air connectors but he switched out ones that had already been aired out. He was very patient with me. I am finally sleeping well. Would have given 5 stars but I have been waiting several weeks for a mattress protector to be shipped. I called today to inquire and coincidentally I spoke to Ralph again. He assured me that he would have it shipped right away. So far, pleased with my purchases and the customer service!!

This air bed haso been nice but now has become sunken and uncomfortable. The pump leaking because the connectors are madenjoying cheaply is disappointing.

Bed had slow leak from about 1 year old. Worked with Innomax over a 24 month time frame trying to determine cause and location of leak. Since bed is in a motorhome it required disassembling the bed each time to perform their checks. This caused the time frame to stretch out but I was assured they would take care of the issue once we found the cause. It was finally determined the air chamber needed replacing but now it was past the 3 year time frame and I had to pay 35% of the suggested list price. I felt the issue was the air chamber early on but after disassembling the bed 3 or 4 times and performing their checks they finally agreed but now I had to pay, I felt a bit betrayed by your organization after spending nearly $1500 on your bed.

My shopping experience at Innomax was pleasant, but there was a bit of a miscommunication with the delivery. It all worked out in the end, though. I wish the trial period was longer. The bed was fine for the first month but within a couple of months my hips were hurting again...past the refund period and now I can't afford a new bed since I spent so much on this one. I do love having the adjustable bed frame. It was definitely worth the money to get one that adjusts head and feet.

Just purchased a split king adjustable base bed with an air chamber mattress. The sales staff was very helpful and showed us all different varieties and price points. They were not pushy or high pressure. We love our new bed and feel the product speaks for itself. We would recommend this company and their product to anyone!

I had my bed for a little over a year I had no idea where my receipt was, my pump failed not even hesitation by the company sent me a replacement right Away Great service. And fantastic bed.

We stopped by to look at beds. Three weeks later we stopped back and they remembered us and what we were looking for. No high pressure just very informed and helpful salesmen. Showed us options, spent time with us and were in no hurry just remained helpful.

The bed sleeps AWSOME, my wife and I love it.

We are very happy with our mattress purchase through InnoMax. The rep. Russ was helpful and listened to what we were wanting. Finally have been getting some good sleep and not waking up achy.
Only issue is the promise a $80 referral gift card and it doesn't get sent. Still have not seen it. The people that referred us had to go out there to find out where theirs was. given toothem at that time. We have had friend purchase a whole bed set up. still not card for us..

Our associate was very thorough and really listened to what we wanted. He also got us a great deal!

We've been purchasing from InnoMax for over 25 years and have always had positive experiences. Their trained sales people take the time to understand our needs and give us appropriate choices. They have never pressured us and are very patient with us. Their prices are reasonable and we will continue to shop at InnoMax.

Innomax allowed us to exchange, the first bed we tried, for another. We both had trouble sleeping on the second bed as well. We wound up giving it away and going to a different brand of bed.

I had bought a bed with them a few years ago and needed another. Called them and got a quote right away; after some comparison shopping, I realized the price / what I got was significantly better at InnoMax. (checked Sam's / Costco and was not the same, even though price was lower).
I needed it to arrive on a specific day, was absolutely no problem to coordinate delivery, 1,000 miles away (Midwest).
The bed I bought is wonderful and very comfortable (Mystique); Easy to set up
