Placed my initial order for 3 tiny bears - thought they would be a nice Christmas cracker gift. the price was £14 when i checked out it had risen to £24. However the extra £10 was not visible when i paid, only when the payment came though. The extra charges included £5 shipping fee and £5 that could not be accounted for. Within minutes of the order being placed I got in touch with the company and asked for the order to be cancelled due to being overcharged. They refused but admitted I had been overcharged and refunded me £5. I waited for the order to arrive but it took forever. I kept asking where my order was and informed them that it would be returned once received. This they acknowledged and said that would be ok.

When the bears finally arrived I requested details of where to sand the return. The return address is China, I was responsible for shipping and duty, which made the whole process expensive.

Do not use this company - they are fraudulent and unhelpful. Hopefully people will become wise and stop ordering from them

Ordered from this company three weeks ago.took more money out of my account than the total of the order.sent them an e-mail asking why I still have not received my items and they reply saying it’s in transit!!wish I’d read reviews before ordering as I can now see that it’s a scam company!

Ordered an advent calendar of books for advent, the more books I open the worse it's getting. The English and grammar in these little books is terrible. Little women and wuthering heights made so little sense had to Google the synopsis after l'd read them as had no clue what it was about. This morning I've opened number 5 which contains Jane Eyre by the author "Chariotta Montë". The author is Charlotte Brontë.

Whilst it was a lively idea the final product is awful.

Ordered a sqweezepooter machine what a load of scrap doesn't do ewt but blow wind out no sound all I've had off them as good jester I can have £1 back

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I would not give any stars if that was possible. Like others I was over charged and have recieved nothing of what I ordered. When trying to track my order it takes me to a scam alert page. Do not use this company.

I ordered three 65w chargers for £19 including postage. I've heard nothing from the company apart from acknowledging the order and payment. No certainty at all I will ever be sent anything.....

Ordered and paid extortionate p&p / never received the goods / absolute robbers / NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY UDE FACEBOOK TO HIDE BEHIND AND ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM

Scam company. They took more money out of my bank account than the total of my basket. They never sent me an order email. Still chasing them to get my money back.

SCAM! Beware! Takes more money than the amount then you won’t receive the goods!

Shouldn't have any stars realy.Ordered something from here on Facebook £19,21 ended up paying £24,01 to a different company, made a complaint through PayPal received the extra £4,80 I had paid but not received the goods I ordered emailed them a few times but had no reply.

Do not trust this company. Massive scam. The books are not as advertised. They are folded paper, not resin books. The customer service is terrible - they refuse a refund. Lying scumbag scammers. Having to pursue it through my credit card company.

Ordered mini books and they took more money out of my account than what I agreed to. When I emailed them they said they would get back to me. Two weeks later no item and no refund. Total scam.

Ordered some jeans but the wrong size was sent to me, was offered £1 to keep them and then ignored!

Order not received. Poor communication. Company name altered and more taken from PayPal than stated on order!! Total scam DO NOT USE!!
UPDATE! After posting this review the item was delivered plus promise of a credit for the overpayment.

The advent calendar showed small mini books but in reality they are tiny pamphlets with writing so small you need a magnifying glass. It’s ridiculous! DON’T buy this it’s a con

I bought a hoodie from this company. The quality was awful and the sizing was very small. I asked for a refund and the company offered me a £2 refund which is unacceptable. I was also asked to return the package to China and bear the cost of the return which is more than what i paid for in thr first instance. Please dont patronise them. They are a scam!

Definitely a 0. I made a order of some christian books the price came @ 16.56 and it took @20.56 I was soo confused that even the name on my bank statement does not reflect the online shop name. I come on Trustpilot and now i feel scammed as some of the reviews is what has happened to me. I have disputed it with my bank.

A zero would have been my choice if possible. I ordered the mini book calendar. DO NOT buy from these people, it is most definitely not what is shown on their website. I complained and was offered £2 compensation. I am beyond disgusted with the item.

If I could give a zero I would. I urge anyone looking to use these. DO NOT. I ordered the mini book calendar which were not hard back mini books as shown but printed out pieces of paper in a flimsy box. What the advertise and what you get is totally different. This is evidenced in the reviews.
