I ordered a headscarf weeks ago klarna taki g payment and i not even recieved product yet....
Update it came today i get the promo lets see how long it lasts...ie took ages to come i actually though was lost...upped the stars up a bit

I ordered the mini book calendar. Advertised is miniature hard backed books, what was sent was paper print outs. I emailed and was advised the item is as advertised, of which it absolutely is not.

I’ve requested a return and refund and was offered a £3 “compensation” for the order?? NO I WANT TO RETURN AND GRT A REFUND! There’s no return information on the website so buyers are stuck with how they can proceed with the return.

This is a terrible website and a terrible company - you might as well go to Temu, at least they have a decent returns policy!

SCAM ARTISTS. Alarm bells should have wrong when processed order and they took more money than the confirmation email stated. I took issue with this right away and whilst they replied it felt very sketchy. The product was not as advertised and was not worth money paid. Totally ripped off. Sure I will get the generic response everyone seems to get. Fraudsters

Can you give less than 1?? Total scammers avoid at all cost. Never got what was ordered and refused to sort, then wanted me to pay to send back to China. Credit card company sorted, even though the idiots disputed it….

I bought two phone charging plugs @£3.49 each, the total charged was £18. They agreed that the overcharge was an error with their system, but still no refund. I will post them back to China if they do arrive, don't care about the cost. Paypal are also on their case.

Bought two portable heaters Feb 25 with 46 £ .One of them was not working from the start means No power with electricity plug
Inspiration support ask for images then videos which already sent
The outcome of many emails till 12/March is compensation of 2 £ which I rejected.
This is a frudulant and dodgy company
I warn every body to avoid this scam

Example of respond:
We feel so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
In that case, if you want to return, you will need to return the goods to our Chinese warehouse.
But shipping costs will be high.
Is this possible that we increase the compensation to 4 GBP ?

And of course I have rejected this cheap refund!!!

IT IS A SCAM. They charge you more than what they say. I am afraid I will not even get my product.

Awful company, offered 2 miniscopes for £18.83 and free shipping. They then took another £4.99 out of my account. I've had no email confirmation that they have had my order, they have not confirmed if it has been shipped, I am just waiting to see if its turned up. Set up a dispute with paypal and they have said the extra £4.99 that they have taken out of my bank is for currency conversion and shipping. They have not responded to any email either.

Four months later and I have finally been refunded, although I had to go through my bank to fight my case. For me, it was more to do with the principal than the money. A Company SHOULD NOT describe something, and then send you something completely different and to then, not take responsibility of their dishonesty and misrepresentation. Also, when they send you a reply on Trustpilot saying that Ethan will sort this out, he does not! He probably doesn’t even exist!

Got a fun, creative combo thats both good value; lights are bright and bracelets easy to make!

Bought the colour changing foundation which was plastered all over Facebook
Claiming to be the miracle foundation
I ordered it as the reviews they gave were very good
It arrived and all I can say it total rubbish! It does not change colour it is just a white cream
I've tried to email them but emails are being bounced back
Total SCAM !!! I emailed them back with all the information they required and was told the cream was right and there was nothing they could do

Total scam. They added extra charge to my order and told me it was an 'error'. Even though I sent them a cancel request a day before they shipped, they ignored it and then told me it was 'too late to cancel as the item had already shipped'. It's a scam. Do not buy from them.

I still didnt get my order and all effort l made sebding them emails was futile.

Beware this is a scam , they send you delivery e mails all along and then the final e mail is “ delivered to a safe place “
Which means nothing as you won’t get your delivery. They are from china selling under several brand names on facebook instagram and e bay. All a scam to extort money .

The packaging of the product was impressive. It was secure, ensuring the items were well-protected. I also liked the aesthetic presentation - simple yet elegant. Instructions included were clear, making assembly easy. Overall, it was efficient and appealing packaging that added a nice touch to the product.

I ordered 2 shirts and what I eventually received are definitely not what is advertised. Cheap rubbish is an understatement. I’ve tried to contacting the company many times and getting nothing back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!

I too ordered the evil eye shirt.
Not as described with stick on circles and they keep telling me it is the correct item
I have told them I shall be reporting them to relevant authorities for fake goods, selling items not as described. This is not acceptable that I have paid for such a poor quality item that is not as described on the website

LIARS! You are falsely advertising the "evil eye" shirt as sewed on sequins. And it's not sequins at all, it's a metallic press on version of it. Cheap. Nasty material too, it NOT linen! I actually have the genuine article from a boutique where I live and it's proper linen and hand sewn sequins. I dont know how your getting away with selling this nasty version of it. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Overcharged me then Evil Eye shirt arrived after 3 weeks & it not as photos on their Facebook advert or their website, it is NOT HAND SEWN SEQUINS but pressed dots. I have emailed & requested refund and return but convinced their response will only be after I have emailed them 10 more times! Surprise me Inspirationp!!
