Scammers, took extra money out of my bank. False advertising. Thank got I paid through PayPal. I’ve opened a case with them. And sent PayPal photos of everything with my order and their ‘pictires’ including some of the bad reviews with people have similar problems

Overcharged my back account
Overcharged my back account. Order confirmation says cost should have been £18 but they charged my card £22. I've reached out to their support team for a refund but recived no reply. Haven't received the product yet either, concerned this is a scam. Found them via an ad on Instagram, would not recommend.

Ordered 2 tubs of Transparent Waterproof Coating Agent with the intention of applying to a leaking garage roof. 2no 30g pots which cost me £23.97 in total were delivered! They are so small that the writing cannot be read without a magnifying glass, and no instructions. The images on the website gave the appearance of being much larger. I have since researched the product via Amazon and found that a 300g tub from the same manufacturer is only £8.99. I will not be buying anything in the future from them.

I bought a double sided phone cover…
I bought a double sided phone cover which according to their website is advertised as "both sides are Tempered Glass, which will not break even if you drop it." I've only had the product for 15 days and it's already got a crack in it even though I haven't dropped it. Tried many times to get in touch with the company and all you get is the same standard message from online customer service. I was told a supervisor would contact me ASAP however, not heard from anyone and it's been weeks now. I definitely would not recommend buying anything from them.

Product that arrived was faulty and only offer half refund, unless you return to China at cost nearly the same as the product, with no guarantee you will get the refund. the other product was not the same as the website, a much cheaper and inferior product was sent
