Great service
Great service, initial enquiry sent 3pm on a Sunday and by 5pm the installation was booked. Engineer turned up as promised, was professional, knowledgeable, and took account of the particular challenges with an old property in a conservation area. Also installed mesh Wi-Fi throughout the property, delighted with the results. Would recommend without hesitation.

Could not have been more helpful. It’s rare these days to have a conversation with a helpful and knowledgeable person who can provide precision advice (said as a senior lawyer). Your two fitters arrived on time, suitably dressed and very polite. They were efficient, clean working and finished the work with minimal fuss. They were happy to spend some time to carefully explain everything to two old codgers. They were very good.

We’re sorry for the frustration caused; we do provide a three hour arrival window to allow for any unforeseen delays, and on this occasion our engineer arrived 30 minutes later than planned, with updates shared throughout the morning. We understand how important timing is, especially for a Starlink Installation, and we apologise again for the inconvenience. The unused equipment has been refunded and the funds should be back in your account within 10 working days. Please remember we’re here to continue supporting you and are always available if you need any further assistance.
We have just had our first issue with…
We have just had our first issue with Starlink. Installpros have been exemplary. Constant Informative communications and excellent use of WhatsApp problem couldn’t be sorted so engineer came the next day and sorted in less than 10 minutes. Having had BT, Sky and Vodafone broadband the InstallsPros Starlink service beats them all hands down an outstanding service

I honestly have nothing bad to say at all. It all couldn’t have gone any better and smoother. From the first initial call to the installation. Very friendly, very quick to respond to texts and calls. Very helpful on explaining how everything works. Very professional and efficient with the install. And to make things even better the internet is incredible like they promised. Would recommend 100% especially if you live out in middle of nowhere and struggling with internet.. like us, these guys will sort that out no problem.
