When I placed my order I had no confirmation so I contacted them, they denied ever receiving my order.
I sent as much evidence as I could although I didn’t have a order number because I had no confirmation, I sent screen shot of my order and screen shot of the money that came out of my bank paid to them and they denied this was their company.
After weeks of communication they finally found my order and then agreed that I had paid them.
Bracelet came and it was just ok not really worth all the hassle I went through to get it.
Won’t use this company from China again

Didn’t receive my item. Supposedly it was gonna be 8 to 10 business day and nothing.

Overall bracelets are beautiful. Only issue is one bracelet was made so tight the pearls have no give.

Ordered a blanket with my daughter picture , the picture they printed not even close to her . Asked for refund and they said they will pay only 15% . After 10 days haven’t received refund yet. Not using you anymore.

For $43.00 this looks like a $5.00 bracelet horrible never again

Avoid at all cost, I ordered a memory bracelet for my Daughter , sent photo , came back blank and took ages to arrive , absolutely rubbish , avoid at all cost, don't waste your money !!!!!!!

It was a beautiful piece. Beautiful box. If they were to put the bracelet in the box it would be better presented. But overall, beautiful!!!

I had a terrible experience. Please do not order on this site. My child is 5 years old, I ordered a 5-9 and it anti fit him. The necklace fits like a choker and the bracelet can’t lock as it is too small. They refuse to exchange it and is telling me to buy the bracelet on the smaller part of my child wrist and force it on to close it. Please do not buy from this site. I wanted to upload the photos but I am not seeing an option to do so.
