The process of getting solar installed has been really easy, the communication throughout the process has been excellent with everything explained in detail. Clear breakdowns of the costs, the benefits and charge over process has been really smooth. If we had questions that staff have been really helpful, the workmanship was high quality with the installation.

We had been hesitant about having solar connected until Kathy’s visit. She thoroughly explained everything to us and showed us the information on a spreadsheet relating to the savings we could make. It just made sense to go ahead and have it installed.
Once that decision was made, we had emails and phone calls advising exactly what was going to happen and when it would happen. David in the office made sure we were kept up to date with everything that was going on.
Once Nathan and Michael arrived, they did not stop all day until the job was done and it was an extremely hot day here in tropical North Qld. They were tidy and very conscious that everything was cleaned up and no mess was left behind.
Everyone we dealt with at Instyle were friendly, courteous and helpful and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to future customers.
