The Integra carrier is the best baby carrier I've ever owned (and we've been through a few!). Its compact yet comfortable, and I've carried both my boys from new born, and more recently purchased a larger size for my toddler who I love to back carry to avoid the lifts at London tube stations, then tuck away into my tote bag when he wants to walk.

Ordered a carrier from here after so many people I knew recommended them. Really struggled to pick one because theres so many lovely prints, but went for one of the Harris tweed ones. It arrived quickly and was just as nice in person. It came with really clear instructions on how to use it and has been really comfortable for carrying my baby around. It's a shame that so many of the prints on the website are out of stock, but that just shows how good they are I suppose!

Super communicative, great value and brilliant quality. Our girls are really happy in them and we love getting out on walks as often as we can with them

Awful, disrespectful service. I like the carrier but I had SUCH a bad experience with the company. Ghosted for weeks despite my myriad messages for a carrier that said “ready to ship”. When they finally replied, they agreed to cancel my order but never did it and sent the carrier anyway, way too late, when I had already bought another one. No empathy or real acknowledgment of the situation either.

Absolutely gorgeous baby carriers. I bought the harris tweed style. The quality is excellent + very durable so will last a long time. Really pleased I was lucky enough to find this company, as the carrier is the nicest I’ve ever seen. Thank you integra baby team!

Same as all below! We’ve waited a month with no shipping update or communication. We’ve tried to email and call with absolutely no response and their voicemail seems to be broken. Happy enough to charge our card, though.

Disgusting customer service. Ordered one month ago, no communication since despite numerous attempts. Still no product. Very unhappy customer.

Carrier feels cheaply made, nylon straps cut in, my baby hated it and so did I. Sent four emails, called twice and left messages, Instagram messaged and still no response to arrange return.

Seems to be no customer service whatsover. Agreed via text message, after i had tried for a week to get in touch, to refund me after I waited for a month for my carrier to come back into stock. Unfortunately it showed as in stock on website even though it wasnt. I have still not recieved the refund over 2 weeks later.. having to now raise a claim through paypal. Im sure the carriers are great but customer service is shocking i wouldnt bother buying direct.

Placed my order on 27/6. After nearly 2 weeks of waiting my partner and I messaged them on every platform and tried to call numerous times and never had a response. Eventually got a reply on their web chat to be told my item was a preorder despite it still showing as in stock on their shop. Was told that their supplier was sending it within the week, this was 2 weeks ago. Tried to contact them again and had no reply despite messages being shown as read. Put in request for a refund a week ago and still nothing. I wish I could give no rating, need to change their website description as they clearly don't care about their customers

I so desperately wanted to order a carrier after visiting a dance class and loaning one whilst there and feeling no comfort like it. It held baby so securely and snug that he fell asleep throughout me dancing. I then rushed to order my own in excitement that I had finally found a baby carrier that didn’t hurt my back and dig into my shoulders whilst wearing . I thought I’d go to the official website to order one as there was a few other baby sites selling them and surely the main dealer should be the best? I was wrong. When purchasing one that was ‘in stock’ online and paying for delivery which stated 2-3 working days it took over a month to come. I tried to contact the phone number which just rang, I messaged , emailed . Believe it or not it was only through inboxing on social media that I finally had a response which again wasn’t the greatest and getting responses. All over the whole experience was not the best .
The baby carrier itself is absolutely amazing and I couldn’t recommend it enough , just the lack of customer service is shocking.

Not received any response or message yet since I placed order in July 23rd. I have kept checking on Facebook by Message but NO ONE reply me. If there is no more Taupe, please offer me other available colors or refund the money to me.

I have ordered a carrier om 08/08 and supposedly it has been shipped that same day (according to my mails). Unfortunately it has not arrived. Now this can happen. But I have not received any reply to my two emails. Looks like I will leave on holiday without my solar Integra carrier and no solution for the beach / carrying in hot weather and having lost my money.. do not recommend.

One of the very best carriers around. Compact, light, yet so supportive. I have used several different models, but my favourite was definitely the solar. Surprisingly cool to wear in the warmer weather, and folds to to next to nothing!

I ordered a baby carrier which didn't arrive, it's been weeks now and they don't answer their phone, reply to emails, respond to their contact form or reply to DMs on Instagram. I'm assuming the company isn't operational any more and will try to retrieve my money through the bank.

Love my carrier but would like more help with how to use but maybe I’m too tired to be bothered to try a different wrap 😴

Integra is my all time favourite sling and an absolute life saver! I've used one for both of my children and recommend them to everyone who asks. They are comfy, easy to put on and wear and come in amazing prints!

Updated review: the company contacted me immediately upon seeing that my emails and chats went to a spam folder. The issue is being resolved and I am very excited to receive the carrier.

I ordered a carrier a month ago and have yet to receive the product. I’ve attempted to contact the company multiple times and cannot get a response. Truly disappointing service.

I will start positively by reviewing the slings. I ordered two slings, size 2 with shorter straps and I am completely happy with the quality and fit. So comfortable for a back carry for my 16 month old (10.2kg) on little old me (5ft1). Highly recommend.
However the delivery took ages. I was informed when ordering 2-3 weeks for both slings (one a custom fabric order). They both arrived a good 6 weeks later. Bearing in mind the postage isn’t cheap for these either, if you want one in a hurry - beware!!! Such a shame as it’s a brand I’ve always support. Would I still buy again? Probably because they are just such nice slings.
