I just received my Integra baby and I have to say that it exceed the expectation. The fabric is super soft but resistant. My daughter loves it. She feels comfortable in it!

Great selection online. Easy to order and next day delivery. The carrier is super comfortable and the print is lovely (Silver birch).

Website: The website is a difficult to navigate and does not do well on mobile phones.

Customer service: I've written them twice - once on an inquiry of how to use the product, and once on how to return the item - and never heard back either time. You have to pay your own postage for returns.

Product itself: I found the size 1 sling really difficult to adjust, difficult to put on every single time, and very uncomfortable for me and baby. My baby would literally scream the house down every time I would put her in it, and would not fall asleep or stay asleep like she does in other slings (yes, I had it adjusted correctly.) The straps are nylon and uncomfortable, dig into your sides, and hang all over the place. The fabrics are really cool, and I love that the slings are made in the UK, but I was super disappointed in the sling and ended up returning it!

I'm giving integra 3 stars because they do manufacture in the UK and the patterns are nice... otherwise it would be a 1* experience for sure.

My family is so satisfied with this product! I love how think and light weight this carrier is, easy to pack and have it handy when we are out.
Also it’s so soft and snug, my 11weeks old falls asleep in it right away!
Love the apron fit and it’s fairly easy to wear.

This carrier is the real deal: it has style, you look good carrying baby in, you’ve got the support you need while carrying your little human...It’s so compact that it has literally the size of your reusable bag once folded up. This is genius, and I love it to bits 🥰

These carriers are great. Easy to use while still being made to hold babies in a way that’s healthy for their developing body. I usually prefer carriers without buckles so this one was my husband’s, but I have been happily impressed when I’ve used it.
It’s designed to hold your child close to you, so their weight becomes one with yours, making it much more comfortable than other styles which dangle babies away from your body.
The hood is helpful for sleepy heads, and for some sun protection, plus it packs away small which is great when you have an up and down toddler.

Integra carriers are by far the most comfortable buckles I find. I have had standard and toddler sizes. Well made, great quality and really good customer service. When I was trying to track down matching accessories they were very helpful. I recommended integra to my neighbour for her baby and she’s equally happy with the carrier and customer service.

I have used an Integra with my children, and still sometimes carry my 5 year old in my Size 3 carrier! They are very comfortable, easy to fit and adjust, and best of all they pack away nice and small when you aren't using it.

The sizes are great, the choice of fabrics are incredible, there really is something for everyone. The Solarweave is the must have carrier for the summer. In my Sling Library the Integra is easily the most popular item.

They fit all body types, they are great quality and they are a trustworthy UK brand who are an integral part of the Baby Carrier industry. If I could own only one buckled carrier - it would be an Integra.

Amazing baby carrier. I never used to use my old sling it was terrible in comparison, I always used the pushchair or if it wasn’t pushchair friendly I didn’t go. Now I don’t use the pushchair much at all, I love the sling and we go all over. A definite game changer. Can’t rate this sling enough. Love, love, LOVE it. Over the moon.

The integra is a great carrier I have used all 3 sizes with different age children, extremely well made and very comfortable for the wearer and the child being worn. A good selection of patterns available and the customer service is fantastic when ordering. Such a great product.

I have loved this product, I used it to carry my toddler and then with my newborn less than 24 hours after they were born onwards. It is easy to use, can be worn on your front or back and is adjustable so grows with your child. I love the range of patterns and prints and the fact you can buy one that offers protection against UVA rays. A great all rounder and a must have for any new parents.
