The lady who carried out my micro suction was very friendly and professional. To have the wax removed so I was no longer deaf in that ear was amazing. Highly recommended.

Micro suction ear wax removal
Sarkhab Azar was very good, he explained everything clearly. The micro suction was a much better experience than I had previously had from another provider. I didn’t feel any discomfort and felt he was very experienced at his job.
I will always want to come back here for my treatment.

Absolutely fantastic experience, the lady explained everything to me before starting the process to put me at ease.The process wasn't at all painful and now my earing is brilliant I wished I had done it earlier.

I believe all of the wax was removed during your first visit to our audiologist at Wolverhampton. if you are still struggling to hear, I can suggest either a follow up visit to see if any further wax has been missed or alternatively you may wish to consider having a hearing test conducted, as your hearing needs could have changed.

Ear wax removal
Helen was very thorough and talked me through every step of the process. She used a camera to show me the 'before' and 'after' which was really helpful in enabling me to see what was causing my hearing problem. Highly recommend the Interhearing service for wax removal.

Good experience …
This is my third appointment for wax removal with Interhearing and I would recommend the service. The process from booking to the end is very professional and the staff are friendly and efficient.

I was foolishly deluded into thinking that the aids would be better than those provided by the NHS.-BOTH are made by the same company- Phonak.I get much better service from the NHS- If I lose an aid it is replaced in the post delivered to my door within 48 hrs at a cost of £50.I am waiting for BBC panorama to investigate the private hearing aid industry.Clyde

We are sorry to read your review and disappointed that you do not feel happy with your hearing aids as so many of our patients find that they make a huge difference to their lives and hearing.
As you have correctly pointed out, many NHS and private hearing aids are manufactured by Phonak, however, the models and technology available privately are not the same as those provided through the NHS. Private hearing aids include the latest, advanced features, fitting options and levels of ongoing personalisation.
At Interhearing, we offer every patient a 60-day money-back guarantee so they have time to try the hearing aids and decide whether they are right for them - they can even try them for free for up to 14 days. Had we known during this 2 month period that you wished to continue with NHS hearing aids instead, we would have been happy to arrange this.
Unfortunately, after five months, we are unable to accept returns, we did book you in for a free re-assessment with our audiologist to see how we could help, unfortunately you cancelled this appointment.
We continue to provide lifetime aftercare, including free regular check-ups, fine-tuning, repair and re-assessment appointments. If hearing aids require repair, as is sometimes necessary, they may need to be sent back to the manufacturer, which is covered under the hearing aid warranty and will be returned to the clinic for a re-fit or to your home. Lost hearing aids can be covered under your home contents insurance, and we are also able to assist with this process.
We would still be very happy to support you with any adjustments, checks or repairs needed, and we invite you to contact us directly so we can help.

This is not my first experience of Interhearing and it won't be my last. Judy is friendly but professional and puts you at ease straight away. She offers advice if you need it and the whole procedure is painless and over in minutes. I would highly recommend.
