Good selection. Quality items.

We bought some bentwood chairs for our cafe. Selection was good, website was easy to use, and chairs were delivered as expected. Just what we were after. Would use again.

Absolutely disgusted in the customer service

Absolutely disgusted in the customer service.
I was spoken to so rudely by Interiors online where all I was asking was understanding of costs. Absolutely awful employee I spoke to on two different occasions. I do not recommend any designer to give them work. I’m appalled

Thank you Raquel for your review. I apologise that you were disgusted by our service that is certainly not our intention. Both Julie, Sam & David have attempted to explain to you that when placing your order for the 4 x Thomas Breakfast Stools in Black, that you had only paid a 50% deposit on the stools as they were out of stock. We understand that you thought you had paid the full amount.

An email confirming that you had only place a 50% deposit and that there was a balance due was also sent to your email address at the time of placing the order.

You also asked Julie after placing the order, if we could apply the extra 10% Trade discount which we agreed to do for you on this order.

Please call the office back on 08-83387400 so we can collect the balance of due and dispatch the barstools to you as a matter of priority.

Worst online retailer

Worst online retailer. Completely unreliable. Order took 3 weeks to be delivered. No backorder, they just didn’t book any courier until I chased it up after 2 weeks. Website says leaves within 5 days. Rubbish. Then truck broke down on the way, another 5 day wait.... Paid over 2K for my order. Very poor customer service and management. Be weary!

Good morning Mairead, I'm sorry that you feel this way. To recap, your order was placed on the 11th June and the Celine Footstool & Love Chair were confirmed as in stock by our supplier in Melbourne. On the 22nd June, Jane our Logistics Manager was obtaining quotes from our various carriers. You rang our office on the same complaining that you had not already received your goods. I explained to you that due to having our annual Financial Year Sale we had been overwhelmed with orders (result in some short delays in dispatching orders) and also Jane (our logistics manager had been off sick for 2 days last week) which had further compounded the issue. I said that we were doing our very best to get the items to you as quickly as possible. We booked our preferred carrier TLC transport on Monday 25th June and they confirmed the goods would be picked up from Melbourne the following day and delivered to you on Wednesday 27th June. Unfortunately due to no fault of ours, the truck with your items onboard had a breakdown on Wednesday morning and obviously couldn't do the delivery that day. Graham the owner the TLC Transport rang you to apologise and try to re-schedule another day with you. I understand that he has since spoken with you again and because you are away this weekend he is making a special trip to you around 6.30am this coming Monday.
I'm not sure what more we could have done? We value our relationships with our customers and always strive to give exceptional customer service.

I'd recommend these guys.

Pretty comprehensive range of products and reasonable pricing. Took a bit longer than expected to receive my bed head, but they kept me informed along the way. Item was as described on the website. Will use this company again.

Dissapointed

I definitely wouldn't shop with Interiors Online again. I found the customer service to be poor and when I wanted to exchange my order I was told no. I understand that it is part of their policy to do accept returns however I simply wanted to swap my order for a larger size, even spending more money. I was told it had to be returned exactly as it was delivered, being the exact same box and all which I unfortunately did not have. The person in which I was dealing with was very blunt and did not try to help us find a solution in the slightest.

My favourite online shop!

I have purchase several pieces of furniture from interiors online and every piece has been perfect. They all look exactly as they do online and the quality is better then expected. All my enquires were answered promptly. I would highly recommend interiors online the entire range covers so many different styles and the prices are very competitive.

Product was fine but logistics management could be improved

1) Didn't provide my phone number to the shipper so that delivery could be made. This took 2 weeks to address and delayed receipt.

2) Full payment was originally supposed to be delayed until product was available. Full payment was subsequently brought forward even though underlying supplier was still on holiday.

Ordered early January approximately 6 January, first lamps arrived broken notified Interiors on line with photos immediately,1 week later somebody picked up damaged goods ,8 days later after I emailed to ?? Where are lamps ,2 more were on there way ,they arrived today 2 February opened top of box looked in and broken again ,sent photo to Julie who has been very helpful from 1 st call ,is something wrong with packing ?? Am I the only one this has happened too twice ,what now ?..? ,I'm not a packer but using shades with lamps inside does not work perhaps bubble wrap,? What now ,?. Love lamps but obviously this is not working 😤

After some issues with the courier, the wonderful customer service team at Interiors Online did all they could to ensure my order was fulfilled. Very happy with the service and product.

dreadful quality

I bought a floor lamp as a Christmas gift and didn't completely unwrap it to check it before giving it. How embarrassing to find the felt base was not attached correctly. My friend insisted it was OK and they had to rebase it with felt to place it on the floor. I really wanted to return it ....and still do.
Where is the quality control? This was not a cheap item!

A site worth visiting....

What a wonderful site that offers everything at affordable prices-
They offer easy payment plans (afterpay)offer free delivery on some of the furniture pieces.
The range is sophisticated, stylish, innovative and caters to all deigns.
I m currently using the site for all my furniture and interior designing needs...and would recommend everyone visit the site.

Another success

This is my 3rd purchase from Interiors Online and once again I am extremely happy with the items purchased and the delivery service. Door to door delivery to a property is most impressive :)

Terrible follow up on delivery commitments

I phoned I.O. to check availability & delivery timing on a round mirror. I told them I needed the mirror in two weeks & they said 100% we can deliver. I purchased it immediately (Tuesday) based on their advice. I phoned up next Monday & asked if it had been dispatched & they said no. The lady then told me she would make sure it went out that day & I should receive it Wed / Thurs. I phoned up Thurs & was told they are too busy & cant get it out. They repeated committed to shipping it but repeated failed. Either lied or incompetent. On a positive note, eventually it arrived & it is beautiful.
