Worst online retailer. Completely unreliable. Order took 3 weeks to be delivered. No backorder, they just didn’t book any courier until I chased it up after 2 weeks. Website says leaves within 5 days.... Voir plus

Prompt & excellent service
I ordered the Stockton buffet with some caution as it has mirrored panels, however I was happy with the price. It was only 7 days after ordering that I was contacted by the courier company to arrange delivery the following day. They arrived at exactly the time indicated, and were very helpful in ensuring the buffet was put in the exact location I wanted. The buffet was packaged to ensure there was no damage and on unpacking it I was very happy to find that it was flawless and exactly as described online. It looks stunning and I am very happy with this product and the prompt service that I received.
This is the third time I have used Interiors Online for a purchase and have been very happy with their prompt and excellent service.

High quality items, fantastic customer service. I highly recommend interiors online.
I have purchased bedside tables and a mirror from Interiors online. The bedside tables took a few months to arrive and the customer service team kept me up to date through out my wait.
I was very impressed by the quality of the tables and when we needed a mirror, they were the first company I looked at. I only had a two week wait for the mirror and it was packaged extremely well and again is high quality. I would highly recommend Interiors Online and will continue purchasing from them myself.

Aero mini bar
The aero mini bar looks good.
The only thing it lacks unfortunately is electricity.
This wasn't obvious when shopping via an iphone that it wasn't electrified and really is a glorified cupboard.
It is not a mini bar. It is an accessory cupboard or bar caddy.
I now have a rather expensive, superfluous stylish box sitting in my garage and I have no idea what to do with it.
When asked by the assistant at interiors online did I need anything,I Said "Ice?"
That fell on humourless ears.

Their is no mention on our website that this is a refrigerated unit and I have copied and pasted the Features from our website to demonstrate that. This unit is purely a storage or bar display unit for storing bar accessories.

Smooth & easy
I have never bought furniture online before but decided to give it a go. I purchased a coffee table and 2 bar stools from Interiors Online and found the process very easy. The goods arrived with no fuss and even looked better than I expected. I would definitely use Interiors Online again.

Bad experience with Interiorsonline
The goods we bought were inappropriate. The advertisement was inaccurate and misleading. Interiorsonline refused to acknowledge this and would not allow a return.
Imagine our surprise when we discovered the price charged by the supplier
to Interiorsonline was one quarter that charged by Interiorsonline. A 400% markup!
Beware of dealing with Interiorsonline. I will have nothing more to do with them.

Hello Elizabeth, I feel compelled to correct your review on the grounds that many of the comments you have made are false and misleading. The facts of the matter are:
1. You mistakenly thought that the second image on the the product page was of another item. If you look at every product on our website, where there are more than the main image they are other shots or angles of the same product.
2. We explained to you that our supplier was unwilling to have the clock returned because it was not faulty or falsely represented online, the mistake was yours.
3. You have inaccurately stated that we had made a 400% markup on this purchase. Again the facts are, our margin on this product is 35%.
